I purchased a used Rav4 which was nearly new at another dealer, I started noticing a strange noise, I went here to test drive the exact same vehicle to see if t...he sound was typical of these cars, they obliged and were friendly even though they knew I wouldn't be purchasing, i could tell that the sound from my car wasn't normal. I took my car back to purchasing dealer where they diagnosed my car to have a bad rear diff. And to send it back to Toyota for warranty, I scheduled an appointment here and asked if I could drop it off early as I didn't want to keep leaving work early and I don't drive it much on weekdays as I have a work vehicle. They said yes and I got a call the next morning (nearly a day earlier than my scheduled appt.) saying my car was fixed and it was just the wheel bearing and that they had fixed the recall as well, all under warranty. They did a great job and exceeded all expectations, thank you for fixing my car. See More

My husband and I were looking to trade in my 2011 RAV4 for either a 4Runner or a newer RAV4. We worked with Aaron Chapman and he was by FAR the best sales perso...n I have ever worked with. He answered all our questions and was very honest with us regarding our purchase. We ended up getting a 2017 RAV4 and are so happy. We didn't get the 'salesman' feeling as you typically would. Do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I would give a 0 star if I could and still leave a review. I've had a scheduled tundra rental for a week for an out of town trip. I sho...w up for my scheduled appointment and am informed by the dealership that they don't have any tundras that my reservation was for and that I am literally out of luck. No one bothered to call and inform me there would be a problem with my reservation, they just waited for me to show up literally on my way out of town. They will not allow me to speak to a manager and have no remedy for their screw up, other than saying they forgot to call and I can try enterprise. Thanks to McCord my trip is ruined, I repeat do not do business here. If they can't handle a simple rental I don't know how they could possibly serve someone appropriately for a vehicle purchase.

Oh I forgot to mention- the same guy in rentals that refused to let me speak to a manager hung up on me over the phone.

Love this place. Excellent customer service, and of course a great product. I love that every person I have dealt with has been transparent and not pushy. Buyin...g a car is a huge commitment, and it's nice to know that you aren't being swindled in the process. The manager is an outstanding guy, and his commitment to people and to the community really shows through in his staff. Keep up the great work guys! See More

I went there for a service and they were awesome. Even though I had an appointment set up at 11am I got there a little after 10am they saw me right away and got... everything done in a timely matter. I thought with all the people in front of me I'd be there for at least a couple hours, nope only 45 mins. Their waiting room was very pleasant and comfortable which is great when you're waiting with children.

Each staff member was polite, kind and very helpful especially since I know very little about cars. I got an oil and filter change, they rotated my tires and made sure everything in and on my car was working nicely.

Thank you Toyota for a very pleasant experience and keep up with the amazing job!

Try to buy a 4Runner and there were a lot of issues so we took it back and ended up getting a brand new beautiful Tundra. My second experience went very well and I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Nate for hooking us up. ���

I called into make a service appointment for oil change. Carrie answered the phone and put me back on hold I waited so long that it rang back someone from car department answered then had to be transferred back to service. After all this I finally was able to make an appointment. Let hope when I go in for my appointment I have better service. See More

They are so friendly and helpful! Bring a first time owner of a new 2017 Camry SE and not knowing anything about the electronic parts lol they have all been helpful in getting me educated with it! Lol

I was quoted a price for a transmission flush and asked twice to make sure that was as much as I would be charged. When I got the bill it was $225 more than I been quoted twice. My car had a recall fixed and my fan is now making a rattling noise that was not there when I took it in. Dash was dirty when I got my car back. I keep calling to talk to a manager but one is never available. Car was ready to pick up 2 hours later than they told us. Will not go back as I only deal with honest trustworthy businesses. See More

Purchased a 2017 4Runner overall experience was not to bad. That being said I am a veteran and was not able to get the 500 discount due to being discharged for over a year thought that was a little ridiculous see as how the car was 40000 other than that wasn't to bad

Service takes way too long, even if you have an appointment. Been coming here for over three years and every time it takes over 2 hours for any service. Time to head down to Portland for my next service!!!

When I leased my 2015 Toyota Camry I traded in a 2011 Toyota Venza I owned. I talked to the most professional salesman I have ever dealt with Ray Perard, who w...ent with me out to their garage where my Venza had just completed service. Just sitting there. He looked it over and then asked the person who does the appraisal for used cars to take a look. They were gone for a long time, about a half hour and I just got tired of waiting and left. Ray called me as I was on my way home and told me that Lee, the fellow who appraises cars, could not find my car. It was sitting in your garage Ray, you and I looked at it. Ray agreed, was very apologetic. I told him what I wanted for my car, he talked with someone who I assume was Lee and agreed on the amount. Drove home in my Camry. There was some glitch with the paperwork and the F&I guy Michael asked me to come back in to do the paperwork again. I did. About a week later Michael called me and said there was some problem with the paperwork and asked me to come in a third time to sign the paperwork. I told him no, I wouldn't be coming in and if he wanted the paperwork signed again he could come to my home. He balked and said they don't do that at which point I told him if he wanted the paperwork signed a third time he would need to come to my home because I wasn't coming in again. He called back and said he would be by to sign the paperwork again. In a couple months my daughter was looking for a car so we went back to McCords and she purchased a 2015 Rav 4. Worked with Ray again and it was a pleasure. Fast forward to last week. My lease was up on my Camry and I turned it back in. Later in the week was looking for a good used car and saw an ad on McCords site for a 2001 Highlander. Sent an e-mail, got a call from Rebecca and asked if I could see the car. She said come on in, so I got an UBER and went in to see it. Turns out the car wasn't ready to show. Hadn't been inspected and couldn't be sold at the time. Could someone not have told me that? Worked with Miguel since Rebecca is just a bird dog and doesn't really sell cars. Miguel was very nice, but there was just no excuse for getting me in there to see a car that wasn't saleable. I asked Miguel to let me know when the car was ready to sell, but to date haven't heard anything. Rebecca texted me this week to ask if I was still looking for a car. I replied "Not from McCords." Crickets. I like Toyota vehicles because of their quality and dependability, but the behavior of this dealership is pitiful. Their service department is outstanding in my opinion, and I have never, repeat, never had a problem in their. Not sure why that doesn't translate to the sales department. I have owned 12 Toyotas in my driving history dating back the past nearly 45 years, and have enjoyed every single one of them, but I am completely frustrated with my experiences with the sales side of McCord's. I am currently looking for another Toyota through my credit union's buying service, but have asked them to rule out McCord's as a source. We'll see if Phillip Ciani responds to this. Again, this has nothing to do with the service side who have been nothing but professional. See More

We've had our car serviced at McCord's since new (2005) and have always had good service. Their express oil change takes less than an hour and is very convenient.

Until last week I have never been to a dealership nor have I purchased a new car. My family has purchased several new vehicles from Mccords Vancouver Toyota so ...they all encouraged me to go and get a new truck. They have always spoken so highly of this dealership that I decided to take the plunge. Upon arriving at the dealership I was promptly greeted by a sales woman named Emily Gribben. She was not only extremely pleasant to deal with but highly educated on the vehicles they sold. I was fearful of new technology and the problems that come along with it. She walked me through each detail and made me feel completely comfortable. She truly did make my first by experience wonderful. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort she put into making this experience great her attention to detail and personable approach really set her aside from the rest. In short I left the dealership in my brand-new 2017 Toyota tundra with all the bells and whistles and not only in my extremely happy with it but I experienced absolutely no buyers remorse. I would not only recommend my friends and family to buy a car from Mccords but will be doing so again for my wife in the near future.

They put un safe bald tires on my van after there oil change inspection, the report I got said everything was ok and it clearly was not. They were all well nothing happened so its ok, Sorry NO Its NEVER ok to put someone's life at risk. Not to mention their two year old daughter's life.
