- I was on hold more than 30 minutes this morning before I was finally... connected to a rep. I gave up after 10 minutes on hold yesterday. I'd say you need to hire more phone reps--this is ridiculous! See More
- I'm a customer with many $$$ in your funds, and I'm appalled at how ...lousy your customer service is. I've seen Chinese tech firms that answer more promptly. Your fees are already very low - maybe raise them a tiny bit so you can have someone actually test your phone support? Giving up after 40 mins - shameful. If I can't contact you I'll consider transferring my funds to someone who answers the phone. See More
- Vanguard I'm a huge fan but can you please fix the issue in app tha...t has occurred for over a year about remembering app settings? It was frustrating enough when it periodically decides to not remember user name and we go through the cycle of putting back in, checking the box and getting the fun email notification, but it's compounded now with with Touch ID prompt that isn't worth turning on because it too gets forgotten as well and generates the additional settings change email. I've sent the quiet emails and done the "please call in if you continue to experience" thing in hopes it would get fixed. This is reported all in App Store from others as well. This is brand damaging stuff here when this continues for so long and warrants consideration for looking elsewhere. Thanks for your attention to this. See More
