Our ricotta gnocchi starts with a house made tofu ricotta. Once the dough is ready we roll and cut each one by hand then blanch. We just delivered fresh batches to @dibrunobros Rittenhouse and Comcast Center this morning. Try them with our roasted tomato and red pepper sauce.
