Finally back to exercise after 10mths of doing nothing and I'm hooked!! Classes are fun, atmosphere is great, loving the new timetable fits in with my hectic life � well done ladies xx

Love these classes - such a good work out every time! Student discount isn't something I've come across in other gyms/classes and it means I can go to loads of classes without worrying about it costing an arm and a leg �

Top notch trainers with all classes suitable for all levels of fitness they have options to still get the most from each class without being put off.
Inspiring and approachable teachers. Can't recommend enough.

These are the best classes I've been to, instructors are great at getting you to work to your maximum potential but ensure you are working safely. There are var...ious levels you can work at so classes are good for all abilities. The classes are fun & varied encouraging you to attend on a regular basis. Well done Di & Susan. See More

These classes and instructors are wonderful!
Everyone will love Verve Fit because the classes are so effective, fun and your instructors are the best I've encou...ntered in years!
Not only do they help you improve your fitness level they also provide excellent tips and suggestions to ensure we avoid injury and get the most from our class experience.
I will continue to enjoy and refer to others. :)

A really good workout. Kettle bells to build stamina and tone and piyo to increase flexibility as well as a good cardio workout. I felt great after attending these classes although the next few days my body is going to complain.

Love my kettlebells class. Only class I have been to where I know my core is being worked without actually feeling like I am working out!
