Verona NetworksInternet Service Provider in Princeton, Texas
Please be advised that our office manager, Pam, will be out of the office today. The after hours support service will monitor the phones but they are limited on how they can help. Thanks, Verona Networks team.
The rain cause some interruptions in service around the network. All our equipment is functions normally again. Please reboot your router if you are still down. If that does not fix it, please call.
I've just finished working on the network after getting home from the last tower climb. I think most of the fires have been put out for now, we will finish climbing tomorrow to finish installing the backup link from Climax. I'm going to bed now, I've personally been working from 7am-now (1am) and everyone else has been working just as hard. We're working as much as we can to get things back to smooth.
Tower work has come to an end tonight but there is still much more work to be done tomorrow.
We will be climbing climax tower (which connects to others) tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM.
We know this is frustrating but it is all to fix the instability issues experienced by many....
Thank you for your patience.
Tower work is almost complete at our 380 location. Once completed, tower work will begin on the climax tower where the guys will work through the evening. You can expect intermittent issues until all tower work is complete. Thank you for your patience.
UPDATED: Issues have been resolved.
We are currently working on several problems across the network. Please be patient with us. We are working short-handed as fast as we can. I will update again shortly.
We’re about to start some tower work in climax. This will cause brief outages as we get everyone moved over to new equipment. This will be fairly widespread as multiple towers connect through this tower.
UPDATE: Tower work has ended.
We are doing work on the Culleoka tower again, today November 22nd, affecting anyone south of 380 in Princeton. We need to replace some equipment so there will be some brief outages, but we will try to keep it to a minimum.
