I saw her presentation at ARC-Greater Mid-Cities Buckle Up for ARD/IEP Road Trip, and loved it! She explained so much in such a concise manner and made it so interesting! She had so much information ...on how to have a pain-free IEP Meeting (or ARD meeting for us Texans), that I left feeling very empowered to help my child. See More

I used Charmaine as an advocate for my son. Her knowledge was well beyond what any administrator had . I obtained more info. from Charmaine than I did from multiple conferences or private reading I have done on my own.
Such a warm, compassionate personality and easy to talk with.

I'm excited to see this page. It has excellent information and I wish I'd had this sort of information/help when my son was going through the IEP process during his school days.

Charmaine has so much timely wisdom & knowledge to share. I have always appreciated her double lens of being a mother of a child with a disability and being a teacher as well. She's very positive, und...erstanding, and reasonable. She is just an amazing mentor and person all around and someone who has helped me so much. See More
