Very bad experience..I am a postpaid customer and I have been using Vodafone for more than 10 years and from last year I was using a benefit and my bill amount was fixed at 299.Suddenly this month I g...ot a bill of around 1300 though my usage is also not high and on contacting Vodafone the executives told me that my benefit expired.I was never told while taking the benefit that it will expire in a year and I did not get any message from Vodafone stating that the benefit has expired.Even the executive accepted that it is their fault but nothing was done on their part to rectify my bill.highly disappointed.Will never recommend Vodafone to my family and friends. Hello All, I am using Vodafone number 7838384175. Suddenly I received message that 538 MB has been used today whereas I didnt browse , downloaded or Update any ...App. This is sheer cheating . When I called Customer Care they were not able to help me. I am the user of this number more than 4 years. I am really upset because of this fraud data deduct. It is not just about small MB but more pain is I, really don't feel like Happy to Help attitude when I called customer care. Poor Customer Care. I nvr had such experienced such fraud Vodafone ! After deactivation my number keep sending me bill ! Wen I call them then they say we have received request to activate ànd you have to pay us no mAtter... u use our service or dont use it! using a network with postpaid connection but not able to use internet and the bill was generated again and again with extra money... i called customer care of voda so he told it was added by mistake s...o its a request to the users to check ur voda bill See More

U guys advertise with amazing gbs stating n showing a dog dat wherever u go ...we follow... But I have started feeling like a dog.... With vodafone add.... I am running behind you for my problems but... you guys hav not done many probs i have been facing since last year.....but we got no solution......infact mere network band kar diye jate hain....n what about billl? I alwys make my paymnt on time....fir bhi kabhi hardly late ho gaya to 100 bar call ayega bill pay karne ko...recently mera bill 1400/- generate kar dia gaya hai...i have complained so many times but there is no response.....its realy disgusting....

I will never refer anyone for Vodafone as it's one of the most disgusting service provider. Your customer care is more pathatic and don't know how to take care of a valuable custo...mer. I shall never use Vodafone and will even not pay my outstanding bill as Vodafone is cheating customers and I think they have earned a lot so they have forgotten to respect there valuable and privilege cutomers. The worst services of Vodafone on the part of billing, customer service and even the call quality, The sales team pitches the plan in discounted way to convince the customer for porting, on which we p...orted our 30+ numbers to Vodafone and when the bill came plan was wrongly charged, no one listens in the entire system, is this the level of Vodafone I am not getting what to do....

we are calling them that please tell us the amount which is right so that we can make the payments, but on that no revert from sales and customer service team, but now we are getting calls from the collection team like we are one of the worst customers of Vodafone.

can anyone help on this part.

I recently put in a port request. Following that request, Vodafone Customer Care has literally made my life a living hell. It all started with a call asking the reason for port. I gave them my reasons... which should have solved the purpose, but despite of that I kept getting calls after every 10 minutes. I answered the calls a bunch of times to tell them that the feedback has already been given after which they disconnected the call without acknowledging my response. Finally I had to put them on block through Truecaller....Last I checked my phone it displayed 14 blocked calls from Vodafone in just 1 hr.

Adding a funny incidence to lighten up a lil. 'Got a call in the morning, the Vodafone representative keeps stressing that my bill Amount is not what I have been ''assuming'', just to find out later that he was checking the wrong record!"

I got a recharge of 348 for unlimited calls valid till 28 days (got this recharge on three numbers)

Vodafone discontinued the plan within one week only....
Who will refund my amount of 348*3 that is 1,044

Kindly take action against this.

Being a Loyal n Valuable customer of Vodafone postpaid from more then 5 yrs but unfortunately because of a miscommunication or misguidance I am thinking of changing the service provider. Incident took... place when I went out of country few days back and forgot to activate international roaming but somehow I was able to activate a day after , so vodafone rep told me to activate international roaming for 10 day which is only gonna cost me Rs 500 for whole 10 days but when I came back to India after a week I got a call that I have been charged Rs 500 per day and my bill has exceeded the limit I was totally shocked that I got charged Rs500 per day n got a total Bill of Rs6606 and while on roaming I just made only 4 outgoing calls and that is only for urgency So the thing is if I wanted to make so many calls I would have taken the International package of Rs 3500 which is for a month and doesn't cost me more then this..Because of a misguidance or may be a miscommunication I got charged so much and felt cheated alot. Facing a hard time as my outgoing has been barred because of this mess.
Feeling Cheated n will definitely change the Service provider if this matter doesn't fixed soon. Although I have sent so many emails and called several times to them but there is no response till date...they don't want to speak on this because there representative did a huge mistake.....shame on you Vodafone...

Time for Vodafone to quit! Fail to provide basic service and then resort to illegal practices to overcharge and bully customers! Shameful!
