At Utilities & Transportation Commission hearing today on Puget Sound Energy’s integrated resource plan. They have heard a summary from PSE staff and citizen advisory group. I’ll testify on behalf of Kirkland asking for firmer plans retire coal, by 2025.
You have until 8:PM tonight to vote for LWSD Schools! These bond and levies will address overcrowding and provide for costs *not* covered by the state.

I deeply appreciate the vote of confidence by the people of Kirkland in re-electing me to the City Council. With their support of my colleagues as well, it reflects well not only on what we are doing in our city, but how we well work together.
I'm excited about the challenges and work ahead to keep Kirkland moving forward.
