At WIN you feel as if you have found your lost tribe and have the delight of seeing that it is thriving and growing. A tribe of women who are not just leaders, but who are deeply self-aware, inspired ...and inspiring. If you need to 'catch fire', this is the place to be. See More

750 people in the same room, 98% (at least!) of them women, full of knowledge, energy. There are very few opportunities to be nurtured on so many levels - from cognitive knowledge to spiritual dimens...ion of leadership, from sharing our personal stories to information on global diversity corporate programs, from wild dancing and enjoying to deep discussions about our impact in this world.
Thanks to Kristin and her team - thanks to every participant. Being there is already sharing.

I like working with companies on how to best create inclusive cultures, places where it is safe to speak up and where we feel happy to be working. Also, when each and everyone of us create relationships of inclusion it doesn't mean we have to accept everything. Boundary setting is part of it. Can't wait to explore more in Geneva on 2nd March. Hope you can join us . Looking forward.

Interesting article covering many important aspects of women's sexual lives including the lack of research about it. So many women are trained to tollerate pain. Let's do the work and change the pattern.

Awareness of the business case for inclusion and diversity is on the rise. While social justice is typically the initial impetus, companies have increasingly begun to regard inclusion and diversity as a source of competitive advantage, and as a key enabler of growth. Yet progress on these initiatives has been slow. Companies are still uncertain how they can most effectively use diversity and inclusion to support their goals.

Whether you were marching this weekend or each day, for the first time or for decades, women’s marches are again mobilising millions of women. A global awakenin...g, finally. Let's fight for freedom for our rights and dreams, instead of against what we don't like. Let's express peacefully. Let's not act the same way we say we don't want and let's not make fun of, speak bad of, dominate, go against but instead put attention on fighting for and caring for what is good, what we don't want to loose, the rights that took time to get, and the new dreams we want to see fulfilled. We stay disciplined about that. We make openings, we receive, we allow and we fight.

We take up our natural space, here I am. We never accept any unacceptable behaviour.
