Our 4th grade classes participate in a field trip to the WNC every year. The staff and volunteers are always so welcoming and do a fabulous job of planning a day that teaches the students a variety of... nature related facts through short presentations and hands on activities. I would highly recommend this location for your next field trip! See More

Love this place! We have had birthday parties there, gone to summer camps and family events. I really wish there were times the public could just visit more often!

It’s maple syruping time! Today we flagged and tagged 72 trees in our sugarbush. We’re planning on tapping next week, and then it’ll be time to wait for a good sap run!
