    Behind the scenes, this has been a rough few months for us. Lot's of change, transition and uncertainty in our personal and professional lives. As far as MEDIC is concerned there were days where I wasn't sure it was going to survive amidst ...all of it. It's honestly the easiest thing in our schedules to push to the side because "there's always tomorrow".

    In the recent weeks we've come back together to start writing, recording and dreaming together again and figure out how we can sustain this thing. Yes, our lives have changed; things will never be what the once were but we realized we have the choice to quit or to make it better.

    I know that I'm someone that can dish out great advice with the best of them but never receive it quite the way that I need to. The other week I found myself in the studio listening through the songs we had going for this next project we are releasing and a song we had written called Rebuild came on and it spoke to me so clearly and violently at once: this chaos in our lives, doesn't mean the end, it just means we have the opportunity to be stronger.

    Glad to be on this journey and honored that you all would listen.

    May this song bring you peace in times of chaos.
