All 7 protesters who were arrested last night have been released from jail. Two were released last night while 5 were held overnight and released earlier today.
All charges are not being pursued.
"All seven were charged with violating MSU's disorderly assembly or conduct ordinance, a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail, a $100 fine, or both.
