When £10,000 on ripe sized bass end up in the net, and have to be thrown back due to EU quotas on UK small fishing vessels.

Same does not apply to EU member states factory ships.

Utterly disgraceful.

David Jones added 4 photos and a video.

About £10,000 worth of bass caught today and had to throw back due to the rules and regs!! Never in my life have I had this before and would made a decent pay check for a change, instead I had to obviously throw them all back dead, what a waste!! 🤨🤨

Good reliable and friendly service. Aswell as a nice deep clean before christmas how about a nice sparkling oven already for the festivities. Please contact me if you require any further info or bookings.

In a world of too much noise, sometimes it helps to have that go-to place for local information on demand.

Noticed this in our local news here in Asia, and it's a different/unique opportunity for someone in Whitstable, (or surrounding area) so thought we'd share.
