I just got back from two days of an amazing experience at the Retail Success Summit 2016. It was just the shot in the arm I needed! I needed to be reminded about how much power I hold in the success o...f my store! I actually hold all of it! Bob and Susan are not just great retail coaches, they are amazing people! They offer such great resources and success tips! And the Breakout Sessions were also great! I had a hard time deciding which ones to go to! I can't wait to dive back into my Retail Mastery System! I attended your seminar at the ADMC Spring Break Event. My staff and I have always made customer service the #1 priority. We immediately started sending thank you cards to every new customer that en...rolled in our locality program. At first my team was worried that it would be to time consuming. What actually happened was we all became better listeners, we found that we actually enjoyed taking the time to write the thank you cards with personal little notes and the best part is the customers returned to shop with us much faster and spending an average of 4% more on the 2nd purchase.
