I have found some amazing bargains here...a chandelier for $125 that was brand new in the box and for sale at stores for $600; another light fixture that retails for $250 for $75 here, 48 large marble... tiles I will use in my master bath for 1/ 3 the price of retail, and some beautiful heavy gold frames for my artwork at only $5 each. I love this store and visit often...it’s like a treasure hunt! See More

Ive gone two times, once to the old building and once to the new. There isnt any difference in service you get and the store is just as disorganiz ed. Plus the prices are honestly, hilariousl y high whi...ch woukdnt be a problem if everything wasnt just thrown around. I didnt have anyone ask if we needed help and I couldnt tell who even worked there to ask. Not going to go back, I'll try Washington County again where I have had decent service and great prices. The prices at this store are way too high. Other people say they find cabinet doors at their local Restore for $1, but Winchester wants $5-7 for one. Virtually everything in the store is overpriced . I... saw a stack of 6-8 plates taped together for $14!! Are you kidding me??
When we built our house, we checked out this store - thinking we could help a local business and save some money at the same time. Nope. The tile was cheaper at Lowe's than it was at this store. Same with some other items that we looked at. Lowe's got our money (a LOT of money) and this store got nothing from us.
Since they moved some time ago, we decided to give them another try. Things are still the same - overpriced . See More

I love the re-store. I have purchased vertical blinds for 25.00 which retailed at Lowes for 70.00, paint for 5.00 which was 20.00 at the box store and tables that completely changed my office for 30.0...0. Very pleased with the quality of the items and the customer service in the shop. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return! See More

I really like the ReStore. You can find some great bargains there. I think the pricing on the used items is sometimes a bit high considerin g they are used and often damaged. It would be nice if the ma...nufacturer warranty papers were available (when possible) for the new items. I also think that you should rethink couches, stuffed chairs etc because of the threat of bed bugs....lo oks like people are bringing their left over yard sale junk to you as well. Maybe be more selective? See More

I’ve been in love with the restore for a while now, and it’s even better at the new location. It’s rare that I don’t find everything I need, and at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Everyone is helpfu...l and friendly to boot! See More

I'm slightly obsessed with this store. Husband and I just bought our first home--a major fixer upper-- and so far this store has been a godsend!! I work at a hardware store and my employee discount do...esn't touch the amazing deals I have found here!! Staff is nice, and some stuff you kinda have to pick and poke through, but if you are working on a home improvemen t job, this place is amazing on a budget!!! See More

I used to love the restore… We have been shopping at the restore for 10 yrs. Yes, the employees are sometimes not the nicest, but we typically overlook that. However… I've been waiting weeks to go do...wn and get some OSB that I've seen here on facebook. I have 9 kids, it isn't always easy to get over there. Finally I had my husband with me, kids and the van, and we made a special trip and got there 15 min before closing. They refused to sell me some because apparently they stop selling OSB at 4:30?? How am I supposed to know that? I've never seen it posted here. Why on earth would I assume that they would stop selling one item half an hour before the store closes?
Their reason? If somebody comes in 10 minutes before closing and wants 100 pieces of OSB… Then they wouldn't be able to get out by 5 o'clock. So basically, they don't want to risk potentiall y being inconvenie nced, but they don't mind inconvenie ncing a customer. It would've taken me two minutes to get four pieces of OSB… I would've been out of there well before closing. So I just wasted an hour of my time… 30 minutes driving there and 30 back home… Plus gas. Oh, but they said I could spend more gas, and well over an hour of my time to come back tomorrow See More

Great store but some of the staff (Billie) need a lesson in good customer service! She's rude and not helpful, makes me want to never go back! Need employees that want to help customers, then you'd s...ell a lot more of your inventory! See More
