This Pinot Gris deviates from the overly acidic Gris. Nice fruit on the nose and palate. This Gris boast a 13.7% alc, so watch out because it will sneak up on you! Oak Knoll Winery

This 2014 Malbec is deep garnet color with huge jammy notes. A slight black licorice on the nose. Quite the gripper which brings joy to my palate! I enjoy a good wine that fights back! Paul O'Brien Winery

I think 2012 was just generally a big jammy fruit year for Pinot’s. Big cherries in the nose with cherries and a slight black paper spice. Enjoying this with Pad I think 2012 was just generally a big jammy fruit year for Pinot’s. Big cherries in the nose with cherries and a slight black pepper spice. Enjoying this with Pad Thai! Yummo! Kim Kolb tasted a wine using Delectable.

A slight candy smell on the nose. Only slightly acidic which is nice. Very soft palate and easy to drink.

Wow! This chard from Australia is super rich looking. The nose has hints oak, pear and maybe some kiwi. On the tongue I get hints of pineapple and pears. I picked this wine because of the name and because I have never had an Australian Chard. This bad boy has 15% alcohol, wowsa!

So loving this 2015 Malbec from Parrett Mountain Cellars. Slightly perfumed nose, maybe a little jasmine or honeysuckle. The palate is smooth from the tip of the tongue through the finish. This is an incredible wine. Thanks Marlene for this one!

Still have a love for Colorado Wine. The Abbey is one of my favs. This 2016 Viognier has a floral bouquet. It is really nice because it smells pretty. Hints of honey play with the smell as well. A very smooth flavor with a slight bit of acidity that doesn't jump at you. The finish is super smooth. Enjoying this with a roasted chicken dinner. The Winery At Holy Cross Abbey

An Idaho Merlot. Notes of leather and tobacco. There is juicy fruit on the backend of the smell. Mmm super dry and yummy. Not your usual jam bomb. A tiny heat on the back of the throat! Well played Indian Creek.Indian Creek Winery

This wine after 9 years is still big in Body and great in taste. Nice pepper, spice, minerals all while presenting a great lush fruit presence. I loved this Pinot! Paired with spaghetti! Domaine Serene Winery

A light black licorice, leather and a hint of gun flint on the nose. The palate is very smooth and dry at the same time. This is a wine that makes me giddy. A little fight is what I look for! Paired with Pasta e figiol. Namaste Vineyards

Twill cellars makes an incredible 2014 Syrah from the Applegate Valley in Oregon. Nice leather and an ever so slight pepper, with a slight jamminess, but presenting its bold self. Don't mistake this as anything but a big bad ass wine. Paired with a steak and homemade scallop potatoes. Love it!
