Took my baby sister in to get her first ever library card, and a replacement for myself after 2 years.. didn't have the $1 for my replacement card and the gentleman helping us took care of it for me. ...Baby Sister loved it and we plan to go back every weekend. See More

A nice library which offers a lot of activities for the community. Would be nice with better quiet working areas though.

Everyone is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic staff. Attended the Illusionist show today without an RSVP and we were welcomed to join the others. Great, great talent displayed by the Ill...usionist. Another fun filled day at the Winter Haven Library. (We - I - have been here four days in a row!) See More

Magnificent! It has always brought me a feeling of peace and joy! I love to just walk around and browse... checking out the autobiographies, having coffee, just being there is comforting and knowled...geable! When I leave, I feel just like I went to a church! Sounds silly but it's the truth... Our library is 'the bomb!' (:> See More

Two terrible experiences in the past two weeks! Poorly managed and the staff member I dealt with (Barbara) was not knowledgable about library basics. They do not make it an environment beneficial to... those trying to study anymore! A lady was cussing out loud repeatedly and no one did anything about it on our last visit, so it was very short. I don't want my daughter around that! Today, a lady was searching for a book with her phone on speakerphone having a full conversation. I was in shock when a library staff member walked right by her and did not say a word! One of the ladies working the front counter is very friendly and helpful to everyone, but she is SO LOUD!!! Today was a complete waste of my time trying to get a project finished. There are so many distractions, they don't even try to keep it quiet like libraries are known for. I won't be back! See More

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The library is clean and the computer access is great little to no waiting time. The study rooms are easy to access with sign up times. They are very helpful to stude...nts who need to research for school projects. And encourage reading to All children. See More

One of the nicest and cleanest libraries I have been to. Very spacious with lots of seats. An added plus is a great cafe attached to the library. And great people there to help.

This is the best library I have ever been to. The staff are always polite and helpfull. The collection is somewhat spotty, but they can get just about anything you want via an interlibrary loan. Kudos

Their programs directed to kids and youth is great, especially during summer. The seed lab offers opportunity to anyone to learn. The personnel are beyond courteous, friendly and very helpful. One of ...the best, if not the 1st, among the county. See More

It is a great place to spend the day but keep the panhandlers away. I walk all the way around to avoid them.

I absolutely love my library. I'd give it infinite stars if I could. Megan and Alberto have been my angels since 2013, but they've always been awesome.
