We had a lovely day yesterday at our AGM despite the snow. We had a talk by Cluny Chapman on whitework and blackwork. She talked for over an hour showing slides as well as having plenty of items on display for us to examine. Not to mention, of course, her own wool to sell. This is a photo of a christening gown she made which also has different types of bobbin lace on it. It's it beautiful? She can be found at www.highfieldtextiles.co.uk. I hope everyone got home safely as it continued to snow here throughout the evening.
Are you ready for our quarterly meeting this Saturday 17th March?
