Some of us Sisters attended a Ride to Live safety class that was put on by Rialto PD. This is me doing what they called “gates” it is a head and eyes exercise. ...Thought it would be good to pass this on. Be sure to watch my eyes always looking where I want to go and looking out not down. Enjoy
