This place is the worst. It tells you to call a number if there are discrepancies in your information. I call the AUTOMATED number and cannot get ahold of anyone. I send multiple emails, even Facebook... telling them that I cannot reach anyone and all I am told is to call the number that I literally told them in my previous contact that I cannot get ahold of anyone. Like being unemployed isn't hard enough, we've got to jump through hoops to correct others mistakes! See More

Went in to use the computer to apply for jobs. Tried to upload my resume...their system wouldn't allow it. So i had a hard copy of it. Asked if they could scan it and they said yes bit could only s...end it to me email. Ok it in my email, bit the system won't allow you to download it to the computer so you can add it to their application system. Pretty much a waste of my day and time. Their system is so archaic and has so many security measures that you can't do anything with it and can't apply to any jobs. Oh...i was took that i could add my resume from my home computer when i log into the system. REALLY!!??!! See More

The "live chat" feature is operated by doofus people that have no idea how WorkSource operates. I ask a question and they say "hang on" and while they try and figure out the same things on their websi...te that I have already tried (to sign up for a work shop) I wait, and wait, and wait. They have no answers other than to call. Oh? WELL i DID THAT TWICE!! No one answers to help you. it is just a recording. So what does the doofus say? "drive down to the office". Well, genius, I think that I could have figured that out. See More

Changed opening hours without any notice to anyone during inclement weather regardless of being required to be there at normal hours. +40people waiting here for an hour just for them to open. Minimall...y, I would expect a company to reschedule mandatory appointments. Overall waste of time for a lot of people during hazardous conditions. See More

In my estimation, this government-subsidized program which supposedly "facilitates" re-employment efforts on behalf of the general populace is EXTREMELY top-heavy with political red-tape, originating Olympia (naturally!!), and furthermore is replete with internal ineptitude and incompetence at all respective levels! My previous experience with the Dislocated Worker's Program here locally was ultimately a DISASTER, and culminated miserably, with indifference exhibited on the part of the Management of this ill-guided program, in turn!! The Dislocated Worker's Program is, in the strictest interpretation of the word, a total PIECE OF S*IT, and likewise isn't worth S*IT, IN ADDITION. In applicable summation, a litany of ENDLESS DAMN PAPERWORK, INTENSIVE SCRUTINIZATION BY mindless Government Employees that ABSOLUTELY DAMPENS any sense of morale on the part of the typical unemployed local worker...this is THE PERSONIFICATION of this entire organization, ABSOULTELY A GODAWFUL EXPERIENCE, without exception!!
