I had a lot of problems with my voice. so I joined the Parkinson's choir in Toronto. They are wonderfully, welcoming people. however I was unable to keep it up,as my Parkinson's interferred my ability to keep my balnce & I had to stop going. However. I was fortunate;y able to take voice lessons close to home. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! People can hear me now. It was so isolating, I was so frutrated, i STARTED WITHdrawing from people. I also started taking physio & it has made a tremendous difference to my balance
Danceabilities ( for people with neurological problems) has really helped, too.
