Ross is a lovely guy who really knows his stuff. He was able to come round at relatively short notic...e and did a very thorough job to treat our wasp nest. He explained everything to me and reassured me that it would be resolved. His service is guaranteed and he offered a number of different options in the case that plan A didn't work. I found Ross through Yell. I had previously tried a couple of other companies on the list, and eithe...r nobody answered or got back to me, or they gave me questionable advice! I reached Ross and I was really pleased I'd phoned. He is incredibly knowledgable, and really set my mind at rest about the pests in our home. We had a few little 'visitors', but he's been out twice and fingers crossed we haven't seen any since! He is due back out to us in a couple of days and I'm hoping that'll be it. He gave us some great advice about preventing a revisit, and hopefully that'll be it!!
