       Two years ago...just an average Tuesday night in San Francisco. I was looking for some concerts besides Metallica. Luckily I got a chance to see Yeibichai. I didnt know them yet, just was happy to see Andy Galeon (ex Death Angel). They were great, liked them, I bought the cd too. Everybody was really friendly. And I never got call-cards from musicians before, haha! :) The show was at the Kimos Bar San Francisco, where Metallica also had a secret gig (under the name: Spun) in 2002 with Bob Rock.        Hey guys! love your stuff! excellent tunes! We are an alternative rock band from brisbane australia and we are touring Cali in OCT/Nov this year. we have a show at the Stork bar in Oakland on Wed Oct 30th this year and we were wondering if you guys wanted to play on the show too? We can offer a 4 way door split with the other bands, some beers and we can supply backline if u want.     had a great time at Kimo's here in SF last night. Too bad the place is closing in a few weeks. For those of you who dwell down the coast on HWY 1, The Yei will be at Winter's Tavern in Pacifica, CA tomorrow night.

    Special thanks to the good Mr. Lejf Jaeger with 107.7 The Bone for keeping Yeibichai's 9 minute song "The Ritual" in regular rotation on the air. No other mainstream rock radio stations have the patience or balls to play such a tune from and underground band in the 21st century. He is a disc jockey of the first degree indeed!
