- Hi. Last night I booked the upstairs area, which I have done in the ...past and it has been quite an enjoyable experience every time. However, as we were leaving the restaurant last night we were waiting for our bus to arrive and one of the staff came out to tell us that we needed to move down the street, as Yulli’s can get in trouble if we haven’t left the premises. This was fine and we were moving on (and up until then all the staff were very friendly and polite) and then your staff member told us to “fuck off”. We did not realise we weren’t allowed to wait out the front and I understand there was a legitimate reason for us to move but to tell us to “fuck off” was rude, offensive and uncalled for. This has made me reconsider whether I will ever come back, especially as we had just spent $2000 on food and drinks. I am very upset and disappointed and will probably not be returning to Yulli’s again. عرض المزيد
