I got a vegan ice cream sandwich from Zen Pops because I am allergic to dairy and it was by far the best tasting vegan desert I have ever had. The ice cream wa...s rich and creamy and the cookies the ice cream where between were delicious! the service was friendly and amazing and I can't recommend this place highly enough. My family ate here many times on vacation. My daughter has multiple food allergies and was able to safely eat here. She loved the gluten free cones! This vegan ...mom loved the chocolate sammies. Great vanilla chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches and chocolate chocolate ice cream sandwiches! Would love to see some of the chocolate ice cream on the chocolate chip cookie, for a little less chocolate than the double chocolate!

Stopped in today and had a couple of ice cream sandwiches. They were so decadent and delicious. I was really excited to find vegan ice cream in the Outer Banks!... The pup even had a popsicle of her own and she seemed to love it. The owner was super sweet and gave me some tips on other vegan-friendly restaurants in the area. OMG the chocolate sandwich is amazing and I am not a huge chocolate fan!! My only regret is that I waited so late on vacation to get to the store!! Thanks for bringing vegan ice cream to my vacation! Even the non-vegans in my family loved it!!

The best vegan ice cream treats I've come across! I had the caramel pop, the double chocolate sammy, and the macaroon pistachio sammy(embarrassingly, all in one day! Haha). All of them were out of this world!

Zen Pops is awesome! One of my favorite places to stop by for a sweet treat when visiting OBX. I can't get enough of the vegan icecream sandwiches! Sooo good! The staff makes you feel so welcome and at home too!

I'm a vegan visiting the outer banks during winter. Zen pops was closed for the season, but I was beyond excited to find their products at the Front Porch Cafe. My ice cream sandwich was decadent and delicious. A perfect treat!

Awesome ice cream sandwiches! I am gluten, corn and lactose intolerant and they had the best vegan, pistachio macaroon ice cream sandwich...even for me! Something for everyone! My new favorite vacation dessert spot!
