Last week we started advertising our spring CSA. What is a CSA, you may ask? It stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Essentially you buy a "share" of ...our farm and we give you fresh produce every week. It cuts out the middle man. So you can enjoy organically grown, freshly harvested (like the day of, if possible) vegetables while supporting your local farmer.
Jon has already started plants in our greenhouse as well as directly in the ground!!
What is your favorite spring vegetable?
Looking forward to some fresh spring veggies? Jon from Apple Valley Sourdough will have spring CSA shares available starting April 19th. Sign up now for your CSA share! Contact Apple Valley Sourdough on their Facebook page directly for more info
