Last week we started advertising our spring CSA. What is a CSA, you may ask? It stands for Community Supported Agriculture. Essentially you buy a "share" of ...our farm and we give you fresh produce every week. It cuts out the middle man. So you can enjoy organically grown, freshly harvested (like the day of, if possible) vegetables while supporting your local farmer.
Jon has already started plants in our greenhouse as well as directly in the ground!!
What is your favorite spring vegetable?

Beginning farmers through experienc...ed growers can learn a lot and make many valuable connections. This year, Utah's Own is co-hosting a networking event immediately following the Thursday conference day where farmers can meet representatives from local food manufacturing companies hoping to source local ingredients for their products.
