As a hardwood flooring contractor our company loves using Aacer 3/4" unfinished wood. It is easy to bang together and has little over/under wood. All our guys love it the most out of the other major mills. .

We recently had your pre-finished red oak flooring installed in our home. We deeply regret having chosen your product. The shipment arrived and multiple boxes contained damaged wood. In total we neede...d 2 extra boxes shipped due to all the damaged product. We should have seen the red flag and returned the product at that point. We continue to see imperfections in the finished product that was installed and the finish is horrible. The boards are not square and gaps are beginning to develop in the (professionally installed) floor. I would never recommend this product to anyone. We were told you outsourced your pre-finished product and obviously you maintain no quality control over your distributors. It is a shame. Our contractor told us your unfinished product is the best in the business--- while this product is obviously the worst! See More

Aacer recently installed a lumber stacking machine. For so many reasons, this machine is awesome! Not only does it create a safer and friendlier work environment, it is extremely efficient. This line outputs twice as much lumber in 10 minutes as one person could in 1 hr using our previous system. Now that it’s been installed, we wonder how we managed without it.
