I took around 6 cake classes and 6 bread classes, and so far the experiences are good. There are certain instructors who is more impatient with students, and didn’t give very good instruction, but ove...rall I love ABC cooking studio. I’m planning to continue to master level and do the certificate. My recommendation of instructor at K11 is Tracey, Echo, Shan Shan. So far I had amazing experiences with them. The recipes are colourful, concise and self explanatory. You definitely able to remake the stuffs you learnt in class See More

Before tonight, I found ABC's cake baking classes are great as they are systematic with good learning environment as compared to many baking studios. Teachers are also very friendly and patient in tea...ching you baking skills - you can see their passion in baking and teaching, like Zaira and Shan. I would certainly recommend it to my friends if they want to look for good quality baking studio.

However, I had encountered how worst ABC's class could also be tonight. My friend and I brought two non-member friends to attend trial lesson, teacher Gloria showed her black face towards all of us during the whole lesson. Although four of us only asked less than 10 questions during the lesson, Gloria showed very annoyed when hearing any question. After the class, my non-member friends even asked me why you would join ABC when the quality of the teachers are so poor. I felt very embarrassed at that point by recommending ABC to my friends. Now, I have great hesitation to recommend my friends to try ABC.

Felt even much disappointed after knowing that other members had same experience about a year ago but problem hasn't been resolved. See More

I would like to complain about the teacher Gloria's very unprofessional and unfriendly manner as well. I attended trial class today with another member and two other friends who are first timers. Glor...ia's poor attitude was unacceptable. She was impatient, acted like she couldnt be bothered to answer questions, black face, and overall she made our experience not enjoyable at all. To a point which our two friends who came for the first time to the trial class felt that they disapprove of this baking studio and would not like to join again because of Gloria's poor attitude. What a poor first impression the teacher gave. As a (supposedly) professional baking studio, I find it hard to understand how the person in charge of the studio will not deal with this issue given that a similar complaint has been posted more than a year ago. Is this the standard of teaching and manner this studio accepts and offers ?! I hope not because I must add to say that other teachers such as Zaira and Shan are really nice and professional and I feel delighted to be in their class. See More

The teachers at the Taikoo Shing branch teach very badly. Poor attitude, unenthusiastic, unhelpful and unfriendly - even for a simple trial class. Not gonna join any of your class in the future. Guys,... please don't join the Halloween cupcake trial class! See More

This rating is caused by the K11 shop of poor communication system! My friend and me made a booking on this Sat, but my friend has got some problems that will be absent the trial lesson. My friend cal...led the hotline for changing the date in two days ago! But didn't have any people answer the call, my friend has called it many many times and still continue to call it now! I really dissatisfied that, does it has any solution for this? See More

Difficult to book a class. Teacher is not profession as it claimed. Especially a teacher called Ms Sa Chan who speaks and acts so rude in class. Wrote to complain but no feedbacks from them.

Went to the trial lesson with my mum and boy friend. I understand each teacher has her way of teaching, however teacher Gloria was being mean to my mum saying stuff like "of cos you don't know how to ...make bread and I know how to do it right? So stop and watch" in a mean manner. She didn't show the step by step to my mum rather let her did it by herself, only to impolitely tease her that she did wrong. The most strange thing is she only taught and explained each step briefly to my boyfriend! I wasn't jealous but furious cos she totally ignored my mum. As a member here I was taught by good and well mannered teacher, but this time I was very unpleased by teacher Gloria's behaviour. Teachers suppose to be patient, professional and well mannered to all different kinds of students. After the trial lesson, my mum told me she's being "black face" and always disapproved by her, which made my family day activity turning to a bit of disappointment. See More

After the trial lesson, I join the cake course, however, I can say some teachers are not helpful such as Miss Sa Chan, she do not wait for me and I was left far behind which make me feel embarrass, ...also she is not helpful and sometimes ignore me. This is the first lesson after joining the cake course, I was upset and disappointed.
However , Miss Jess Chan is very good and helpful , she show her profession during making bread, I really want say that you must be careful when choosing courses and teachers See More

Staff is not helpful at all. I called and tried to cancel the private class one month before the lesson but turned out that staff didn't help me to cancel my booking. And they insisted that that class... was counted because I didn't cancel the class and didn't show up. They promised they would ask the manager to reply me but I still haven't received any news from them even it's several months already. I did try to call again and again and they just kept reply that the manager not in hk right now. I feel so disappointed! See More

My wife and I had a great time with the Trial Lesson on Shrimp Bread. Our teacher Priscilla was patient with explaining the steps, and gave us a bit more time to figure the techniques out on our own. ...The space setup and equipment is top notch. See More

POOR Cus SERVICE: Since March 5 I have been trying to reach ABC Cooking via FB msg, phone calls, and email - received 2 replies asking me to call them instead, and after I have indicated nobody picks ...up the phone for 5 consecrdays, they indicated someone will contact me ASAP. It's been 13 days and have not been contacted by anyone at ABC Cooking HK. Thought this is an international and trustworthy school? See More

ABC Cooking Studio首次喺海上舉辦嘅廚藝比賽已經喺2月3日圓滿結束，當日2場比賽包括4-7歲小朋友以及8-12歲小朋友分為兩組，分別炮製「卷卷蘑菇三文治」同埋「向日葵壽司卷」。雖然睇落去好似好簡單，其實相當需要技巧架！我哋一班小廚神好留心聽ABC星級導師Alice老師嘅示範，大家嘅成果相當有創意同心思，真係俾咗好多驚喜我哋 🤣🤣

【🍓J’s Agri九州草莓試食會　活動花絮🍓】

我哋同J’s Agri合作嘅「九州草莓試食會」喺上週日圓滿結束了！
今次J’s Agri為我哋帶嚟冬天生果嘅代表—士多啤梨🍓，包括有福岡縣產嘅博多甜王，同埋佐賀縣產嘅佐賀穗之香。兩種士多啤梨唔單止外型同色澤有分別，連口感同味道都好唔同。😋

香港一直人氣高企嘅博多甜王憑佢香甜味道深得同學仔心，但係香港比較少見嘅佐賀穗之香都有唔少粉絲，話鍾意佢夠清甜同冇酸味喎！😍
