“Every day I use Facebook to break down stigma” says Jessie, who is the Executive Director of the Independent Living Resource Center in San Francisco and mother to a three year old daughter. Jessie uses a braille display and screen reader to listen to Facebook and share her stories with friends and family. In Jessie's words, “I’m not such an anomaly, I’m just a blind mom”.
