Call Of Duty Endowment

Excited to announce Activision Blizzard was selected as an Honoree for the Purpose Awards at the Streamy Awards this year for their work with the Endowment.

Bobby Kotick

I’m excited to welcome two new teams to the Overwatch League, for Los Angeles and London!

Sports leaders Stan and Josh Kroenke of the LA Rams, Arsenal Football ...Club, Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche have purchased a team for Los Angeles – our second LA team in the League. Esports leader Cloud9, whose founder and CEO is Jack Etienne, is the new owner for our London team.

With these latest additions to the League, we’ve now announced nine teams for major cities in Asia, Europe and North America: Boston, London, Los Angeles, Miami-Orlando, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, Shanghai.

The Overwatch League is the first major global professional esports league with competition organized by cities. Our vision with the League is to create an amazing global competition that celebrates and rewards players and fans everywhere. We designed Overwatch for a new age of esports, and we’re thrilled that it’s become Blizzard’s fastest growing game ever – with more than 30 million players in 196 countries. We can’t wait to introduce millions more people to Overwatch when our League launches later this year.

We look forward to sharing more announcements on our progress with the Overwatch League over the coming months.

Stay tuned!

A system and method is provided that drives microtransactions in multiplayer video games. The system may include a microtransaction arrange matches to influence game-related purchases. For instance, the system may match a more expert/marquee player with a junior player to encourage the junior player to make game-related purchases of items possessed/used by the marquee player. A junior player may wish to emulate the marquee player by obtaining weapons or other items used by the marquee player.

Unacceptable! Shame on you!

I just fucking love wasting my time waiting for the destiny 2 beta to download so I can try it out and pre purchase it. Then once it finishes downloading have it disappear right in front of me. Incred...ibly frustrating experience. Happened at Noon on the 31st. I'm googling alternatives to destiny right now because I REALLY want a game like this but I'd much rather not give money to the company that just pulled this shit. See More

Once they have your money you can sod off as far as they're concerned, CoD is the most unbalanced and hacked multi player shooter out there that has ridiculous spawn points which render any skills you... have redundant and the amount of glitch users and hackers is becoming an epidemic. One lazy, greedy company that deserves to slowly decay into obscurity. See More

You wanna hear a funny story? So, Tomb of Sargeras drops and I think "whoa. This is gonna be cool." SO COOL, it brought me back to wow. Now this is where it gets funny, so spent 70$ total, for game ti...me and a faction change and a character transfer. I wanted to move factions and realms to raid with some buddies. But wouldn't you know it, my character disappeared. It's not on the realm I started transferring her from, and she's not on the new realm either. I've never noticed a character transfer taking longer than an hour. Of course, despite reaching out to you has yielded exactly 0 results. Shocker. What the hell happened blizzard? Ever since you let Activision become involved the whole blizzard franchise seems to have taken a sharp nose dive in customer service. Am I just out 40$ now? Did you guys legitimately just steal from me? Awesome. Love this shit happening on DAY 1 of returning. If I could give you zero stars I would. See More

Been playing Blizzard games for most of my life. From Lost Vikings and Rock and Roll Racing to Warcraft 2 to WoW, Overwatch, and Starcraft 2. My complaints have been minimal in all those years. Can't ...think of any company policies that upset me over the years either, though there may have been some I'm forgetting.
Overall I really like Blizz. Keep up the good work over there, everyone. ♥

They make great games and their community is pretty solid. More importantly their games try to push the envelope. Heroes of the Storm is a new experience and has progressed 10 times better than League... and Dots. They changed the world with Warcraft 20+ years ago and continue to do that now. See More

Blizzard was at the top of it's game before Activision . Now Blizzard is just tailoring the games to what they think we want and not actually listening . When I heard Blizzard was merging with Activis...ion , I was like well there goes WoW down the crapper. Activision is one of the most Greediest companies next to EA . Now Blizzard has signed with the Devil .

For a Multi-Million dollar company that's on Forbes 500 , Blizzard still can't get their shit together on Authenticating Servers , DDos attacks , Botting and recently game play due to gating .

They decided to put time gates on content quest lines in WoW . Example is Nightfallen and now Legionfall Armies . You can only do so much before it stops and you're forced to play an alt or grind out Nethershards . With patch 7.2 everyone wants flying so we get what we want behind a achievement that didn't work well with peoples lives or jobs . So it was taken out but for those who are Achievement Whores , They will have to wait out the cycles of Assaults .

In the end it's love them or hate them but their products will be marked in History. No one can beat a game that stays on par with technology while keeping the requirements low enough to allow everyone to play . This is and always will be a key component of WoW . You will find something to love in the games they make.

No matter how furious the player base can be , Blizzard tries to write the wrongs while making more wrongs along the way . This is the Ego of Blizzard .

Um guys you're great but like, can you please at least try to sort out who is an actual leaver and whose internet is just terrible? Sometimes I play on a potato of a laptop and now I have an eight hou...r suspension because my laptop disconnected (even after setting Overwatch to high priority and closing any apps I didn't need) because this isn't the first time.... I fucking love overwatch so like, can I not be penalised for playing competitive games when my laptop decides it wants to shit on me and my team? I don't like it anymore than they do. It's downright embarrassing, but I'd rather not stop playing comp as a result. So uh, yeah, as someone who isn't a quitter and misses playing comp, pls? Fix this? :C See More

This is the parent company of King App Games! Candy crush and all this other games YOU SUCK! It's really a low ball move to change algorithms in games and fucking up players progress if I've earned 3... stars because that's a players goal and then leave it the hell alone! Do you know that you are messing with the integrity and validity of your game every time you jack with the algorithm! I do not like seeing my progress change mysteriously apon updates. If I earn 3 stars I expect to see that achievement stay the same especially if I've progressed way pass that point!Your practices are surreptitious and your company lacks integrity! Your avariciousness behavior will surely be your demise. I am deleting all King brand games from my device because there is no point in playing if you keep messing with it!!! You won't get anymore of my money or time! Oh and I will no longer be buying any other platforms of your games to include your Xbox games for my children! See More
