Aeslin Pup Hub and Aeslin Pup Club are great. The shop has competitively priced, high quality products and a very knowledgeable staff. Pup Club is an amazing doggy daycare. I love the app that upda...tes us with activities and pictures throughout the day. Most importantly our puppy Hjelly loves it there. She is a rescue and when it became clear we could not leave her alone while we worked, we explored the idea of doggy daycare. At first she was reluctant. We would get pictures of her sulking in the corner, ignoring other dogs, giving the people “stink-eye”. Within a few weeks she began to love it. The pictures now show a dog cuddling with other dogs, wagging her tail so fast it is a blur. She is so excited to go, I think she is disappointed on weekends when she stays home with us. She doesn’t want to leave. When Jessica works afternoons, she will not get in the car, standing in front of the door, watching Jessica until she is out of sight. See More

We absolutely love Aeslin's! Leah and all the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and truly love dogs and keep the place very clean.

We wanted to put our pup on a certain food and they star...ted stocking it just for us. They also have a reward program which gets you discounts after so many bags.

As for daycare, they have been SO accommodating for us. My husband travels half the time so they were willing to take Barley whenever he had a last minute trip and could not be home with him. We are so grateful for this!!

They are reasonably priced (we did a 40 day package and got a discount)and have great hours (630-7pm I believe).

It's too bad there is not an outdoor space, but I think newer locations will have this.

They are extremely responsive by email.

They also offer the added bonus of pictures of the pups during the day and working on training/brain games. It makes my day seeing the pictures while I'm at work!!

We've been taking our dog Penny to Aeslin's Noble Square location for day care twice a week for the past month. Love that place! Penny has a lot of energy & it was negatively impacting our other dog... - he was getting sad & hiding b/c she was too high-energy for him. Even taking her there 2x/week has made a huge difference - tired/calm Penny = everyone happy in our home & our other dog is reverting back to his normal, happy self! Aeslin has an app where they report potty & meal breaks, training for the dogs for stuff like stay, touch & recall & send the most hilarious pics twice a day. They seem to group by similar size/temperament & also have nap times (uncrated). And Penny does not come home smelling like dog but they will also bathe/groom your dog if you request it. We can tell she loves day care b/c when we drop her off, she marches right in without looking back! See More

We totally love Leah and all the awesome people at Aeslin! They are super knowledgeable and it's easy to see that they genuinely care about our pup. Our puppy goes to daycare every week and we have al...so used their grooming, both of which we HIGHLY recommend. Also some reasons why we would give them 6 stars if we could:
*Leah and her staff give every customer individualized attention- and even seem to know every dog that comes in by name!
*Use positive reinforcement for training at the daycare.
*Use/stock local, natural and the healthiest products for your pup in the store. (Also used with their grooming!)
*Super open to communication... I definitely have been known to call the shop or email a question, and always get a quick/thoughtful response. I never feel like a burden asking an excessive amount of questions as a first time dog owner.
Highly, highly recommend Aeslin for their awesome, well-stocked store, daycare, grooming, and just plain quality and caring people! See More

It has been nothing but a HUGE RELIEF to meet the family at Aeslin Pub Hub!! The entire crew is so friendly and truly cares about my puppers. They work with me weekly to accommodate my changing schedu...le (travel for work ugh!!) and give the best advice to this new pup momma!
We can barely walk down Chicago Avenue anymore - my dog starts pulling to get to Leah's:) Its super cute. Initially met them just walking my dog and stopping in for treats. Quality treats, food and reasonable prices. They worked with us until we found the right food that works for my puppy. I have also tried their grooming service and was quite pleased. Its so nice to have this team I can trust that my puppy loves!! And I love getting all the posts from daycare throughout the day! Its a trip. My puppy looks so happy. I had tried a few other places and was super pleased they feed lunch here and do walks during the day for potty breaks. This has proven to be the best for me without "interrupting the skill set" of my newly potty trained puppy. The best part though might be the group training she gets during her day care time. It reinforces what we do at home and working in a group with so many fun distractions has really helped my puppy to be a better listener. The "cue's" they teach range from "look" to "follow" - its a kick to see how quickly puppy picked up (and saved me from having to do 1:1 training elsewhere! We just reinforce the daily cues at home. Simple.)

My puppy is a 7month, now 55 lb, lap dog;) In the winter months I've got her there 3 days a week to spend all that puppy energy and she is super happy!!! Such an amazing find! See More

Aeslin is the best! We send our dog to Aeslin for doggy day care twice a week and she LOVES every minute of it. Not only that, but all the staff Aeslin clearly loves what they do and are passionate a...nd educated about dogs. Leah, the owner, and her staff have helped us with care multiple times when we've been in a pinch to find care. They go above and beyond. We are so lucky to have Aeslin nearby (and so is our pup)! Leah and the whole team at Aeslin Pup Hub are incredible and truly love dogs! Our goldendoodle Midas started going last April when he was four months old and he loves going there. The smaller groups, ...focused attention, group training sessions and CLEAN conditions are all huge draws for us compared to other places. We live near the Ukrainian Village location and the hours for drop off and pick up are super broad which makes life easier for us. If you buy a package it makes it really affordable too! Aeslin Pup Hub is amazing! My dog has been going here for several months for daycare. He LOVES it - always wants to go in even when it isn't a daycare day! Leah is so kind and really cares about all d...ogs - I've definitely known her to help many a stray pup, as well! The staff is kind and welcoming and always gives updates on how Tucker is doing - I love the photos and updates I get in the app to know what is going on with Tucker during the day. The retail store is also great and they are super helpful in figuring out what works for your dog. I've also used the grooming and it is so convenient that he can go with daycare - and they've even opened up dropoff hours as early as 6am for those who are earlybirds with work! Aeslin Pup Hub is the best! Highly recommend their doggie daycare club! We initially brought our new pup to Pup Hub, and Leah was beyond helpful in letting us know all the details about their daycare ...program. We felt that our puppy was in incredibly caring hands - there is a phone ap which updates you when your pup learns a new trick (yes, they also help train your pup too!), shares photos throughout the day of them playing, and even lets you know when they go to the bathroom. The daycare classes are smaller size too, so all the pups get to know one another and the staff gets to know each pup personally. Leah and her whole team are very knowledge! Whenever we had a question about treats, toys, and even training methods, there were always there to lend helpful advise based on their many years of experience. We loved the daycare too because so many people from the Chicago Ave neighborhood bring there pups there as well :) See More

WE LOVE AESLIN PUP HUB!!

We have been bringing our dog, Nana to Club (daycare) since she was a little puppy, and I can't say enough about how beneficial it has been in her development. We did a lot o...f research regarding daycare, and none of the other businesses in the area could compare to what is provided at Aeslin.

All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring & treat all the dogs like they are their own. Leah and her staff are an absolute shining example of what small business owners should be & how they should treat their staff!

I have never once worried about leaving our little girl at daycare, as Aeslin keeps their class sizes manageable, and they also reinforce group & individual learning sessions. You're dog comes home happy and exercised both physically and mentally without the stress/ overstimulation that comes along with other large group daycare centers.

We absolutely love taking our dog, Zoidberg, to Aeslin Pup Hub. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We know that Zoidy is in good hands when he's at Aeslin-- the day is structure...d so that all his needs are taken care of: walks, play time, nap time, and learning time. He clearly adores every single staff member and is ecstatic every time we walk in the door. Leah, the owner, is super knowledgeable and has a ton of industry experience. She (and the other staff) are very passionate about what they do and why they do it, which gives me the confidence that Zoidy is not only safe and well-cared for, but thriving when he is at Aeslin.

I also really like the smaller size of the playgroups at Aeslin-- rather than some of the bigger daycares, the dog to staff ratio is much smaller, so he doesn't get overstimulated or risk a negative situation. He comes home happy, tired, and ready for a long nap!

Aeslin also uses a super cute app that lets you know what your dog is up to all day. We love looking at the pictures of our dog and reading about what he's learned that day. We can even keep track of which dogs are his buddies! It's adorable.

We love Aeslin Pup Hub! We have been taking our 1 y/o puppy for "pup club" daycare 1-2 days a week since she was young and she is always so excited to go that she pulls us in the door. The best part i...s the pictures we get throughout the day of our pup playing and having fun. Leah and her staff take great care of the pups, and are so knowledgeable about pet products and care. My dog has been going to Aeslin's doggy daycare for a while now, and it is the best thing that's ever happened to her! She is a chihuahua/terrier mix with lots of energy, and lots of personality! She ...loves going into Aeslin and playing with all her doggy friends! Leah and her staff are so wonderful, and have known the answer to all the dog mom questions I've ever asked. We have been taking our dog to Aeslin for daycare for months now, and couldn't be happier. Our dog practically drags us down the street on our way to day care, and she loves her days at Aeslin--she co...mes home exhausted. Aeslin works on reinforcing commands and training new ones, and our dog has clearly learned a great deal from her daycare experience. Plus, we get to see pictures on the App that Aeslin has set up, so we are up-to-date on everything she is doing. Leah and the whole Aeslin team are awesome! See More

Our dog hates being away from us for any reason... except for going to Aeslin's doggy daycare. He sprints through the door excited every time. Leah is great with our dog and so flexible with our dif...ficult schedules. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and caring about the dogs. The daily training helps reinforce good behaviors so much more than other daycares that leave the dogs to themselves in an open room. See More

We absolutely LOVE Aeslin Pup Hub! It's the perfect neighborhood doggy daycare. We have taken our pup, Isa, to Aeslin since she was a few months old and could not be more grateful for the wonderful ca...re she receives. When we walk to Aeslin Isa pulls all the way to the door and couldn't be more excited to go to daycare. Leah, the owner of Aeslin, is fantastic. She is exceptionally flexible and accommodates our ever-changing schedule. Both Leah and her staff are very conscientious and really try to elevate the concept of daycare with multiple outdoor walks, two training sessions, and of course lots of playtime. They even use a daycare app, which details everything throughout the day, from walks, to going potty, to training sessions, and even photos with adorable captions. Leah has watched Isa overnight many times while we've been away and it's such a relief to know Isa is in such wonderful hands. Most recently, we asked Leah for recommendations about adult dog food brands and she sent us an exceptionally thoughtful and thorough email detailing the importance of different ingredients and what brands she recommends. After reviewing everything we walked over to Aeslin and bought a bag. Just an example of how much pride she takes in her business and how much she loves her clients. We truly give Aeslin our highest recommendation! See More
