If anyone is in London over the weekend 23rd to 25th February, come and join us at the Telegraph Travel show at the Excel Exhibition Centre. I will be participa...ting together with the Africa Exclusive team of Travel experts, in assisting interested "safari goers" with putting together some exciting, tailor made itineraries to some of Africa's greatest wildlife destinations. I shall be doing a talk on my career as a wildlife cameraman and photographer at the experts theater there on Saturday 24th at 11 am. I look forward to seeing you there!
The February issue of Food & Travel Arabia is out now & has a fantastic feature on our culinary safari experiences with Africa Exclusive. Special thanks to Mate...tsi River Lodge (andBeyond Travel), Gomoti Plains Camp (Machaba Safaris), Musekese Camp (Jeffery & McKeith Safaris), & Pumulani (Robin Pope Safaris) for some truly exceptional meals.
After 27 Years we have finally had the time to capture our love of working in Africa into a short film, we were delighted to hear of The Telegraph's interest in our company and hope this video illuminates Africa Exclusive's desire to create the best possible safari experiences.
Rhinos Without Borders is doing absolutely amazing work, as they continue to move endangered Rhino from South Africa into the safety of Botswana.
It didn't take long for our rhinos to relax in their new home. In fact it was almost immediate. Once the drugs had worn off and our mother rhino was satisfied t...hat her calf was with her, they moved slowly into their new home and began grazing on the nutrient-rich, plentiful grasses.
These 14 videos have shown the journey of just 2 of the latest batch of 40 rhino that were moved to Botswana. That now totals 77 out of the 100 that #rhinoswithoutborders will be moving. And best of all, we will be monitoring them non-stop to ensure that they remain safe from poachers and free to be rhinos - animals essential to maintaining and shaping the environment around them.
For the team, the work is not done though. We have another 23 rhinos to move and we could use your help.
