Sharmini Thomas will be launching her M-I-L's Garam Masala, a blend of 3 of the most expensive, aromatic and exquisite spices, at York Food and Drink Festival on Friday 29th September at 4pm!
Sharmini will demonstrate how to make a humble potato in to delicious Indian dishes, using her spices.
Her spices and cookery book will be available to purchase on the day....
