I went through a pretty intense breakup, and I stopped playing out so much because I lost some band members. I was bumming about a lot of things, and I had to find myself again. As sad as it all was, I was forced to take a personal journey that I really should have taken a long time ago. This new album is about that whole process; the good, the bad, the ugly.
