THERE IS NO TIME. Rent laws expire on Monday. If Governor Andrew Cuomo can't push to strengthen the rent laws by then, he needs to take responsibility and call for a State of Emergency.
We join Jumaane Williams, along with Council Member Laurie Cumbo, Corey Johnson, and others standing with Tenants, to call on the Governor to STEP UP AND DO HIS JOB, or give the rent laws to those who can.
