I recently started a Headspace subscription. I'm now about 2 weeks in. I really appreciate the ease and simplicity of the app. No dogma. No distractions. In just 10 minutes you can quiet your mind. As the app says, "its a gym for your mind". Highly recommended.

How do you recharge?
One of my favorite ways to recharge is using brainwave audios.
