The votes are in (Votes below) and the California Republican Party (CRP) overwhelmingly passes vote calling on Chad Mayes to resign. During the call, Chad respectfully made it clear that he is right and everyone else that thinks he's wrong is stupid.
David Wilmon was told to repect the wishes of the The Republican Party of Riverside County-Official and the The Republican Party of San Bernardino Count...y and vote in favor of Harmeet's motion. Like he barked at our founder, he bold faced lied and said he overwhelmingly received calls praising Chad.
Wilmon terms out this October but deserves a send off equal to the respect he showed our grassroots. Let him know how you feel:

Tonight the California Republican Party (CRP) voted to ask Assemblyman Chad Mayes to resign as leader of the GOP Caucus. It was a stunning precedent that cannot even begin to be quantified in light of how the grassroots activists have been marginalized in favor of Munger Money and corporate donors.
Our founder Joseph Turner played a significant role, one might argue the most influential one, in leading the charge towards this outcome.
However, this victory is only made possib...le by the overwhelming tidal wave of anger and frustration that has mobilized California Republicans unlike anything we have ever witnessed.
Thank you to all the members of the CRP Board who voted for working class Californian families and with your passionate grassroots activists.
Special acknowledgement must be given to Harmeet Kaur Dhillon. Thank you for your leadership and courage. You are a true inspiration. And I would also like to thank Shawn Steelzone. It is an honor to fight on your side and an honor to be in the trenches with you. Also, thank you to Riverside County Chairman Jonathan Ingram for giving the average Republican a voice last night and conducting an open and transparent meeting.
The fight is not over. We must secure our ultimate victory this week when the caucus will vote on whether or not to remove Chad. Please stand by for more info as we will need to pound the caucus over the weekend and early next week.
P.S. It has been a pleasure getting to know Joel Angeles and Aaron F Park through this process. I have enjoyed RINO hunting with you.
GOP Leader admits the Democrats didn't have the votes to pass largest gas tax in American history. So he decided the Republicans should support it.
Good News for Assemblyman Chad Mayes. He has the full support of Arnold Schwarzenegger:
"Most recently, I was proud that Assemblyman Chad Mayes and seven other Republicans came to the table to help the governor extend California’s historic cap and trade system."
We are hearing rumors that Assemblyman Chad Mayes has been getting financial help from Governor Jerry Brown and Speaker Anthony Rendon, AKA his "Democrat Daddies."
Have you heard anything about Chad Mayes getting "cuck" dollars from the left?
Our founder Joseph Turner has been trying to find out if Assemblywoman Marie Waldron supports Assemblyman Chad Mayes to stay on as GOP Caucus Leader. But no response.
In this call, her staffer hangs up on me when I press him for answers. Shout out to Aaron F Park who is referred to as "some blog."

One graphic showing the growing tide of grassroots activist rebellion against Assemblyman Chad Mayes.
Our founder Joseph Turner is heavily featured in this article along with a picture of our fellow patriot John Willis. From the article:
For weeks, some of those activists have been targeting Mayes on social media and looking for ways to confront him in person.
Joseph Turner, who’s instigated much of the drama this summer, had also considered a Sunday morning protest outside the church in Yucca Valley where Mayes’ father preaches but decided against it. When asked why he woul...d target a member of Mayes’ family, Turner told The Desert Sun he was sick of politicians selling out their base without any repercussions.
“It’s gotten to the point where the only recourse is to get intensely personal with our activism,” he said.

Our founder Joseph Turner and his Assemblyman Chad Mayes Bingo cards get a plug. From the article:
Assemblyman Marc Steinorth, R-Rancho Cucamonga, also voted for cap-and-trade, saying a vote against it was a vote in favor of the fire fee. At Thursday’s meeting, San Bernardino conservative activist Joseph Turner handed out “Chad Mayes Gas Card Bingo” sheets. One square referred to “Democrat Assemblyman Marc Steinorth.”
Happy to be of service.

We showed up in force, our message was clear and this County Party heard us loud and clear. The California Assembly Republicans return from their vacation this Monday, now it's on them. They say the majority doesn't support Cap & Trade. They say Chad led them astray, if they don't walk the walk, they are all complicit and fair game. Chad must go, all eyes are upon all Assembly Members now, do the right thing.

This evening the Republican Party of Riverside County members voted overwhelmingly, calling on Assemblyman Chad Mayes to resign from his Leadership post. The f...ollowing is our statement regarding our position and a message to our loyal republican activists and grassroots warriors that we have your back, we will not back down from a fight and we will not willingly surrender our home, this incredible land of opportunity to those that would willingly tighten the noose of government around our necks and bleed us dry. Thank you for your incredible showing this evening.

The Republican Party of Riverside County
Calls on Assemblyman Chad Mayes to Resign from Leadership
Mr. Mayes explicit role as California Assembly Republicans Leader is to help get more Republicans elected to the Assembly. The path he has chosen has undermined both the Party’s ability and that of his caucus to do so.
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (August 17, 2017) – Today the Republican Party of Riverside County sent a clear message not only to Assemblyman Chad Mayes, but to all Republican elected officials that aspire to Leadership that we will not accept the desires of special interests being placed above the needs of the people he was elected to represent and the Party he defines himself to be a member of.
In his role as a representative on the Board of the California Republican Party (CRP). Mr. Mayes led his colleagues to vote in favor of Cap & Trade; a climate change policy that does nothing to substantively impact climate change according to its expressed purpose. It disingenuously favors special interests and crony capitalism while undermining Republican free market principles that promote fair competition and the small business owner. It enacts the largest gas tax in California history somewhere close to seventy cents a gallon which regressively impacts the financial well-being and upward mobility of the working poor and middle class. Perhaps most egregiously, it was a violation of our trust as we supported Mr. Mayes and his colleagues in their campaigns against these sorts of policies contrary to Republican principles.
Specifically in Mr. Mayes roles as Assembly GOP Leader, he is charged with the duty of leading his caucus in a direction that protects and enhances the role of his fellow Assembly Republicans in earning the respect and trust of their constituents in growing numbers. He in fact led them to a place that decisively damaged this goal and destabilized opportunities to get more Republicans elected to office in the Assembly. In this role as Leader he has also failed.
Lastly, at the very least by taking such a controversially charged position himself and in leading his colleagues to do the same one would expect a reasonable level of advanced communication in their relative districts to build support for their decision. To that extent there was no communication at all, save for an article penned by Mr. Mayes following the vote in one newspaper explaining why with hollow rhetoric; yet it included no applicable examples of the policy’s benefit. Raising taxes less than they may have been raised is not cutting taxes as it has been misleadingly stated.
For these reasons the Republican Party of Riverside County no longer have confidence in Assemblyman Chad Mayes as Leader of the Assembly Republican Caucus and respectfully call on him to resign, effective immediately.
Sincerely,
Jonathan Ingram, Chairman
Republican Party of Riverside County
