I went to American Cultures for the Baby+Co. mom's night out event, knowing a bit about kombucha but never having tried it. Danielle (I think that was her name......blame pregnancy brain if I'm wrong) offered as many samples as I wanted and worked with me to figure out what I would like. I ended up walking out with a 32oz growler of my favorite and it's gone already, only 3 days later! Turns out I love kombucha and it's a great pregnancy drink! It cut through my acid reflux immediately, isn't sweet like most pregnancy alternatives, and is good for me! Thank you American Cultures! This is the dopest spot to get a sampling of all the microbial diversity Colorado has to offer. Our very own Colorado kombucha brewers are showcasing their very best and we get to sit back and enjoy the ride. This place is an absolute must! Do it!

Being on a medically restricted nutritional program can be a bit of a bummer when it comes to socializing and going out. But not at American Cultures!

It was a... perfect date night for us and our friends, especially when both my friend I are AIP. This kombucha taproom is AMAZING! A fantastic array of booch to try, and I love that they feature local products supporting Colorado small businesses. This place won't dissapoint. عرض المزيد

Great Kombucha from amazing Colorado businesses. The person working there was super helpful in helping me find the type of Kombucha that I liked the best. Plus they have free wifi so I can work and sample a bunch. I will def be going back.

You can't beat kombucha on tap. This place is the best! And Holly was a great host. She let me sample anything and I loved the ginger peach.

Excellent kombucha and great kombucha floats. The person that helped me was also friendly, giving recommendations and letting us sample different brews. A unique and awesome place to check out in Denver.

Just tried several different types of kombucha they have on tap. Everything was super delicious! I was also really happy to see how focused AC is on selling loc...ally produced products (whether it's kombucha, Bloody Mary mix, or pickles).

Oh, and Holly deserves a shoutout. She explained all of the varieties they had available, how kombucha is made, and offered great suggestions based on my flavor preferences. I'm looking forward to when AC starts serving breakfast items!

Our whole family (including our 4&2 year old boys) absolutely love the Ginger Beer! We got the large growler size bottle and it was gone in 2 days!! Perfect for Moscow Mules but also great by itself. Can't wait to try the Orange Vanilla with the frozen yogurt next!

Starting as a food truck, the duo founded American Cultures in 2015 so they could take Happy Leaf Kombucha to events around the state. They had been serving the tasty and feel good treat to their three boys for years and decided they needed to share the kombucha love with more people.
