I can't sleep with chronic lung deaise I cough alright and take panic attacks with its a lot a day I... take them it's not easy I can't walk too far I am out of breath all the time I am so shartered all the time freind I even take my inhalers I know it gets me down all the time when I can't do much for my self I feel bad sometimes I have not been like that in my life freind I even strugle with my shoping I have to depend on my freinds to give me a we help I even struggle walking 100 yards I can't even do exerside I am out off breath a couple of seconds I just take day by day now with chronic lung deaise I have lost lot of weight over it I am not bother if I don't loose endy more weigh freind sarah is not easy when I have got asthma too it must be hard too for people has got same what I have got.
