Take your leftover desserts, chocolate, donuts, WHATEVER to the office or to your neighbors or to the GARBAGE!! If it’s not in your house, you won’t eat it! At the very least, freeze what you can do it’s not easily accessible! 🍪🍰🥧 Part 2: Do 15 push-ups - do them however you have to (on your knees, against a wall, military style). Do them 2 at a time if you have to! Just get 15 in today! 🏋️‍♂️
