Carebear Stare!

Every time I see “sending thoughts/energy/prayers/etc.” on social media, I cringe. It’s not that I don’t believe in the power of energy healing, because I do. “One 2013 study found that 10 minutes …

Little bit of a change on the main site: First off. The Facebook page will still be one post a day in an effort to keep this channel open and going since the va...st majority of the traffic right now comes via fb.

Second: In an effort to at least temporarily reduce the manual factor of the site I've made it so when authors publish a piece on their blogs it goes right to the front page of paganbloggers.com. This may mean there won't be a piece on any given day, or we might get three! We'll see how the experiment goes. Please let me know if you like it or not.

Third: There are a few pieces that were published to individual blogs before I made the change to the front page a few minutes ago. I'll be feeding them over to the front page on a regular schedule until we've 'caught up' to the current stuff. Edit to add: I've now queued up all the posts that were caught up in the change. We should be completely up to date with the backlog on August 1.

Thank you for your patience while I figure this out.

Tomorrow is your last day to submit a Solstice piece to Pagan Bloggers!

Happy Sunday! I've finished Red Hot and Holy: A Heretic's Love Story and had a few thoughts on it.

A couple weeks ago, I mentioned that Sera Beak’s The Red Book was one of the most influential books in developing my spirituality. Recently, I picked up her second book, Red Hot & Holy: A…
