SCAM SCAM SCAM credit card fraud. I made reservations at the Pagoda, which is Very outdated hotel, uncomfortable beds, long wait time on elevator and BE CAREFUL booking online when you check in your ...online reservation means NOTHING. I booked my room with the government rate directly from their homepage which included all the amenties like Wi-Fi etc. When I arrived Bill the front desk person said I had to pay extra for the amenities. I showed him the the hotels website stating the amenities were included In my reservation but he had zero idea what I was talking about and stated the amenities were extra and I could wait and talk to the manager the next day. Even when I called central reservations they couldn't answer the question. My issues is it was in black and white the amenties were included, whatever issue there was between hotel and website specials was not my concern. I simply wanted what was advertised and I paid for but front desk people would rather lose a guest over a wifi. This bait and switch scam is completely ridiculous. Guests like myself are booking rooms with amenties listed in the total price only to try to check in and told the amenties extra? Even though I wouldn't base all your locations on how the Pagoda appeared and looked, after this little scam. See More

Beautiful location but watch out for the cleaning crew and staff. Six days after we left - count them ... six days after ... they called us to blame us for the maid breaking a table and they charged u...s for it! Unbelievable! God only knows how many people were in and out of that room after we left. We're battling it out with them now. These people put a dark cloud on what would have otherwise been a nice vacation. My advice ... take pictures of your room when you arrive and when you leave. Their crew can do anything they want to the space and then afterwards blame you. We will NEVER return to this property nor do we recommend it to anyone. See More

My husband and I stayed at Aston Kaanapali Shores in Maui and we had a wonderful time. Concierge got us all set up for our activities, the rooms are beautiful with a lovely balcony view and the staff ...is very friendly. We would like to give a special thank you to staff members Monica and John for their friendly attitudes and for helping us when we got lost or had questions. Both were very helpful and had great attitudes 😀. The only bad thing was that we had to leave because it was a really nice place to stay! See More

Straight up... This is a dream. Lanai just to the right of the beautiful pool and dead on to the palms and the beach and the glistening ocean. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore is goldilock...s. The condo/apt. is lavishly created for maximum comfort and style. We are in heaven here and we don't mind one whit to cook for ourselves or opt to take in one of the local restaurants. We have energy and like to exchange it for beauty, new experiences, socializing, and creating. I personally could listen and look at the view for most of the day, every day. See More

Very good hotel in day time. Lots of stores nearby.
Longs drugs, Walgreens ,Walmart ,and Starbucks very close but no restaurant at hotel .was closed and could not get anyone to deliver in evening. So ...you have to drive somewhere for dinner See More

We had a terrible experience with the Aston chain and would never stay in any of its properties!
Booked 3 months in advance for five days at the Whaler at Kaanapali Beach on Maui. We wanted to celebr...ate a big anniversary at the Whaler where we had stayed on our first trip to the islands. We had been an owner of a unit at the Whaler when it was new.
When we arrived there was construction but it was not supposed to affect our reservation as we were to be high in tower on black rock side. Staff person Jasmine realized after seeing our printed reservation that there was a problem and tried to get the manager Voltaire on the phone to help. He refused to address the issue and told her we had to take a unit above construction and wait until the next day when he would be working and maybe unblock a better unit for us! So we were paying over $2000 for five nights and were to wait until the next day for him to maybe find a better unit!
Customer satisfaction was not a priority for manager Voltaire! Aston should really sack this person. If they don't, there is a problem with their business plan.
Bottom line, do not trust the Aston chain. See More

Always stay at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, staff gracious, clean, comfortable rooms, safety for single women. Just booked for next Easter, 7th stay. Convenient for busses and trams.

The management & staff honored their promise that what they said ...would happen.

Being in an electric wheelchair, traveling and finding truly handicapped accessible facilities, is always a challenge....

Our 15th floor room was a full ocean view and truly accessible.

earlyチェックインを希望したら１時間10㌦で対応してくれ、更に部屋のアップグレードまでしてくれました。
エレベーター隣のお部屋だったけど、音は全くしなくて、32階だったので海も山も見れて、夜景も綺麗で大満足でした。
ビーチタオルも無料で貸出してくれ、遊具やプール、ジャグジーにBBQ設備と盛りだくさんで、とても楽しめました。...
ベルデスクには日本語話せる方もいて安心です。
