The marketing and selling of our property in Frankston South was always going to be a challenge due to it's perfect location but a big, character-filled family ...home on an acre block that needed top to bottom, back to front renovation, was always going to require that special buyer with vision. Darren's honesty and good knowledge of the market, helped us set the right price for our property which meant that we had the right expectations as far as the sale price was concerned. At the time a few of our friends' houses were on the market at unrealistic prices and many of them were disappointed when the listed price were not achieved. Darren went over and beyond to source the right buyer and sold our house well over the listed price. With his determination and persistence, he negotiated a great result for all parties. So yesterday (9/12/16) we were told we are having an inspection at our rental property on the 14/12/16.(via sms and email) Few minutes later we were told the ...inspection will be on the 10/12/16 ( next day of notification).
Have replied asking the agency what day will it be now(10th or 14th) and questioning why an inspection now when were are moving out of the property in a couple of weeks and we will have a final inspection then.
Never got a reply. They did come for an inspection today( 1 day notice ...what the....) the security door was not locked and clearly we were not prepared for an inspection as we have boxes everywhere as packing to move out.
But how dare you come in when it was not discussed... how dare you give us one day notice and expect to be all ready?? How dare you not reply to my question to when the inspection will be as you have sent 3 sms's and 3 emails with 2 different days.
When we ask for clarifications what are you doing with your time??? That is appalling. I feel sorry for the landlord. Wish they would know how you operate.

Harcourts Frankston lack compassion and consideration. My dad passed away on the 19/4 in which a property manager opened the door for us as we couldn't get in. ...We were taken to vcat for majority of his bond to cover a months notice eviction, and they were trying to claim he died on the 21/4. The property manager rocked up late to the court hearing saying "oh i didnt think anyone was going to show". I thought this was absolutely disgusting in the fact that they tried to take more money off my dad because they didnt think anyone would fight it, well I did. I still lost 495 of the bond but was better than the original 650 they were trying to take. I then got an email after the court hearing with forms for me to sign and return so they could help me retrieve the bond as it was in dads name. So i did this. 3 weeks went by still no bond back i then called rbta and harcourts didnt even submit my forms with their claim, just worried about getting their money back. I would have being happy to send my own forms which i have now had to do anyway, but to informed of this would have been great rather than wasting 3 weeks of my time when we have a funeral bill to pay. In the time of my dads passing and court i tried to call dads property manager 10 times over 2 weeks in which i did not recieve 1 phone call back. I would never recommend harcourts frankston to anyone i know. See More

We've just signed a lease agreement with Harcourts Frankston, and we are just so very pleased with this agency. Our application has been accepted within a day, ...we were kept in the know what was happening while we were waiting for the approval, and have received a very professional, very friendly service throughout the whole process. The agent who showed us around at the inspection was spot on, and answered all our questions, unlike other agents of other agencies we've had to deal with recently. I already had a good feeling right there and then. Harcourts Frankston just stands out from the rest. Highly recommend it! See More

I have been dealing with Harcourts Frankston, in particular Emily for a few years now. They take amazing care of my properties and l am always in the loop with... everything that goes on. treated terribly after my brother passed away and was found in his unit in frankston by the real estate agent they have no compassion at all would not recommend them to anyone the person who attended the VCAT hearing was a heartless money grabber a very upsetting experience

Harcourts in Frankston are trying to keep $1,000 out of my $2,000 bond to paint a door at 38 Kirkwood Avenue Seaford that was last painted circa 1980 and to 'cl...ean black carbon stains in back ceiling from candles being burnt and clean cobwebs from the ceiling' (direct excerpt from the aaplication to vcat to keep my bond) see photos below for the true cause of the black carbon stains caused by a prehistoric heater that had 'never been cleand' (Plumbers report to be presented at vcat HAHA) till it broke down completely in August 2015. Beware prospective tenants.. do your google, you tube and internet research to fully discover the RIDICULOUS antics that Emily Dowel uses. *** beware and feel free to contact me directly on 0433 283 741 for any iformation regarding the dodgy make up of this property **** My name is Mary Koufidis and I am a builder, gardener and ORGANIC canlde maker (thats right Emily - organic candles dont produce Carbon rofl. I was a tenant there for 24 months until 28th March 2016. I was evicted because I threatened to report them for lack of maintenance on basic matters like dodgy electrical wiring (the unhoused spa wiring and cables caught fire in broad daylight after being cooked in the scorching summer sun) and a fallen tree that blocked the entire backyard causing a fire hazard for 18 months of my 24 month tenancy. I cant wait to go to vcat. Numerous witnesses will be present along with several professionals all reporting on the lack of maintenance and therefore subsequent illegal increase of the rent. Money grabbing, greedy, horrible, ignorant & rude. Bury your head in the sand Emily Dowel because I am about to make an absolute fool of you to obviously make up for all the innocent people you have ripped off in the past. SHAME ON YOU. See More

Overall i wouldn't buy/sell/recommend a property from hardcourts. I tell people about the experience someone i know had hence took tenant fom the property even though the sale wasn't finalised. That was in carrum downs sometime ago.
