Motivation and having a positive outlook is one of the most powerful tools you will have to achieve success. The ones that make it are the ones that push through the difficult times. They’re the ones that take on new challenges, head on, instead of running away from their problems.
But being able to motivate yourself is often easier said than done. One way I have been able to stay focused and motivated in my life has been to have small achievements every day.
Wake up earl...y.
Make your bed.
Learn how to do something you never knew how to do before.
Go out of your way to make someone else’s day better.
Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
Take pride in your daily achievements. It may be the fuel you need to keep yourself motivated.

"People think it's an obsession. A compulsion. As if there were an irresistible impulse to act. It's never been like that. I chose this life. I know what I'm doing. And on any given day, I could stop doing it. Today, however, isn't that day. And tomorrow won't be either." - Batman
You gotta wake up tomorrow ready to take on the world, one obstacle at a time. If you think that success is going to come easy then you might as well stay asleep.
Life is going to beat you down and ...success is going to make you work like hell.
You need to come to terms with what you need to do to get to your goals. Just decide who you want to be in life, and don’t let anyone or anything steer you off that path.
Put in the Work, Love the Grind, and have a Passion for what you do.
I learned a lot of lessons from my experiences throughout the corporate world and living the life of an entrepreneur.
Many of you have been asking about where I've been the past year, why I haven't been as active on social media platforms, what's next for Shredz, what's next for me?

There will be those days that you feel like staying in bed.
Days you can’t find the motivation to keep going.
Days you feel like giving up.
No matter how big the storm, you need to find the energy to keep building your future. The storm will pass, I can promise you that....
It doesn’t take any energy to be a quitter, but it takes all you have inside of you to be able to push yourself. Find your purpose, find your why, find what makes you happy. Get up every morning with your goal in mind, and be ready to take on the hard times ahead.
This is your journey, your road, so make it your success. Every bump in the road, every wrong turn, every person that turned their back on you, every naysayer that said you couldn’t, it’s all a part of the process.
Believe in yourself, trust the process, and keep on moving forward!

What do you fear most today? Is it failing? Being average? Letting someone down?
Remember that everyone you will ever meet is afraid of something....
Remember that everyone you will ever meet has loved something.
Remember that everyone you will ever meet has lost something.
Fear is natural, but you should only Fear the inevitable. Knowing that our time is limited is what makes certain moments special.
Conquer your Doubts and you will Conquer what you think you Fear today.
Preparation and Persistence is KEY.
There is no such thing as being over prepared. The more you prepare yourself for whatever goals you are working towards, the more confident you will be chasing them. CONFIDENCE is the DOUBT KILLER.
Falling down is a part of the process. Fall down as many times as you need to, even if it’s your 100th time. As long as you keep getting back up, you will get it right.
Your MINDSET will keep you on target. So keep it POSITIVE.
Tell yourself that YOU ARE CAPABLE OF ACCOMPLISHING GREAT THINGS as many times as you need to. You have to believe that you have what it takes, because you do.
Want to know the difference between the people who started the companies in the photo and you? NOTHING.
It’s not luck and it’s not resources. It’s following the fundamental rules of success. I had the same formula for success 4 years ago working out of a basement as I do today.
4 TIPS ON SUCCESS:...
1. Start NOW. Not tomorrow, not in an hour, right f*cking now! If you have time to read this post then you have time to start investing in yourself. Tomorrow is the second biggest reason for failure next to the thought of "I can’t."
2. Stay POSITIVE. Success is 50% knowledge and 50% how hard you work your ass off. No matter how hard things get - you have to remember, its all a part of the process. Go to sleep with determination and wake up with your game face on. Be ready to give your 100% no matter what. On the good days, on the bad days, day after day after day.
3. Keep IMPROVING. The best of today will be forgotten tomorrow if they do not evolve and keep getting better. This is true everywhere in life. In Human Nature and in Mother Nature, you have to keep getting better. Have a great product? Strive to make it better. Provide a great service? Ask your clients how you can make them want to buy again and again.
4. Make PROGRESS. A small step forward is always better than a step backward. Learn from a mistake, accomplish a difficult task, or even just plan ahead. Whatever you do, just make sure its helping you move in the right direction.
I see a lot of people who get "Insta Famous" and think they’ve made it. I’m here working 14 hour days still like I’m broke. The formula for success is simple, but it doesn’t come easy.
Start Now, Stay Positive, Keep Improving, and always push yourself to Make Progress.
When you leave this world behind, don’t leave room for a single regret. If you’re pushing yourself to the limit, you’re going to face three things:
Struggle. Failure. Victory.
But the only thing that matters is how you react to them, not how much they happen to you....
Struggle will help you uncover your strength. It’s the best way of figuring out who we truly are and what we’re truly capable of. Because during that struggle, we are tested and pushed to our limits. We are faced with constant adversity. We can either let that struggle define us and keep us from reaching our potential, or we can use that struggle as motivation to get better and improve.
Failure will be your greatest teacher. It will take you through the lessons that you need to learn in order to keep climbing higher on the ladder of success. Failure shows you exactly what to do differently. It's a blessing in disguise; it's inevitable. So embrace it.
Victory will remind you it was worth it. It’s promised, as long as you're willing to put in the work. You see, victory can only happen when you've conquered that struggle and accepted that failure.
To become your best, you need to break free of your comfort zone. You need to challenge yourself; reinvent the way you think. One step at a time, one day at a time, to bring out your best self.
