I love shopping here somewhat, but there are a few issues, one being not enough food choices in the foodcourt ever since they took out that one section to make room for that barely used spot, secondly... the people handling the cell phone cases kiosks are rude, thirdly too many clothing stores, would like to have a build a bear or a Bigger better toy-ish store or a Disney store preferably Disney store and a build a bear or something like that and too many of the stores cater only to teens and adults, fourthly I miss fiesta bravo, to me my mom and my dad and my sister we all loved fiesta bravo and thought that it was the best Mexican we have had in the area and even if it’s still not there it’s still better, The place we got now that went into the place where fiesta bravo was, that Kentucky place, The times I’ve been there they serve very skimpy portions for a very expensive price See More

Great place to eat and shop, and just get out and see something new, a few more Food court options would be nice, but overall a great Mall.

I love the Ashland Town Center, however as a parent of a child who is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts it would nice if you posted when you were roasting them openly in the middle of the mall . Ever...yone knows that when food is heated those proteins (which is what you're allergic too) are released! See More

Greed has taken over what used to be one of the best places to shop in the area. Forcing out stores and charging insanely high rent for spacing is not doing any service to our town or community. Since... the closing of Fiesta Bravo and the way the mall treated the people there, I will make every attempt to do my shopping elsewhere. Ashland Town Center will not be getting my business. Second Amendment rights are being infringed at this mall! If you're going to violate people's rights to open carry here you should at least post it where it can be seen before security leads you out a criminal! You don't even let your "security guards" carry! What a joke! Hope you never have a madman come in and start shooting up the place bc there will be no one there to stop him! Sad! I never shop here unless I absolutely have no other choice! See More

Absolute best experience at Ashland Town Center. The mall does not lack things to do for anyone of any age. Employees at the town center are a delight and truly seem to enjoy their job as well as enjo...y working with the customers. If you're looking for a well rounded place to go shopping in the area, Ashland Town Center should definitely be your first stop. You won't be disappointed. See More

Today at Carter's, my two year old vomited all over himself. The two girls working were so helpful to me. I've never had this happen before so I was frazzled and embarrassed, but they jumped in to hel...p without batting an eye. Thanks so much, ladies. See More

I love the mall but I miss the variety of stores. I wish they'd stop putting more and more clothing stores while taking out stores like: The Kitchen Place, Waldon Books, and Toys R Us. Again, I stil...l love to go there and hang out with my family. Maybe just consider putting the variety back. See More

Charging $15,000 per month for a lease is just extortion! This business has no regard for public concerns or wishes. Instead of being a positive community member and supporting local small business ow...ners they have repeatedly found ways to extort more money from business owners. They will not be getting my money anytime soon. See More

The mall itself is great but this new website is awful. You can't even find job opportunities on there but overall it is a great mall for this small town

ATTN All patriots!!! READ THIS POST!
So I was at the Ashland Town Center mall today shopping for my fiancé for her birthday. Today on an extreme rare occasion I was open carrying my handgun in a hols...ter on my hip. Well after already spending and hour and a half in the store and spending a couple hundred dollars I was approached in a store by the mall security guard ( who was actually really cool about the whole thing) he said "sir per mall policy in going to have to ask you to take your firearm to your vehicle", so after asking him to see the policy it does state that only law officials are aloud to carry a firearm in the mall, he himself isn't even allowed to carry a gun. So I calmly said ok and did give my 2 cents on the preposterousness of the mall policy. I said I would leave, well on top of that he said " and no offense but I have to walk you out". So not only do they NOT POST A SIGN they also had to escort me like a criminal out of the mall, everyone could plainly see that I was being escorted. Again I will say that the security guard was talkative and polite and he didn't just see me and tell me I had to leave, someone had sent him so I put no blame on the guy. The main issue is the Ashland town center having a problem with someone using their right carry a firearm and not even giving the courtesy of posting a sighn letting them know that their 2nd amendment rights are not welcome there! I am Very clean cut I was wearing khaki shorts,Tom slip on shoes, a Brand new T-shirt from buckle in other words I in no shape or for look like a criminal. I was in a really good mood polite to everyone I spoke to, so I couldn't possibly have been making anyone uncomfortable. See More

It's a very quaint mall with a number of store options. Not nearly as crowded as the other malls in the area--But can be very noisy for its size
