What a great experience! Just needed a new SIM card for my new phone. They greeted me at the door and got me all switched over and set up. There was a soft sell of Direct tv but as soon as I made it c...lear that I only use Wi-Fi and they don't provide a Wi-Fi only option that was over. Can't blame them for trying.

Oh and the best part. No charge for the SIM card and activation of my new phone, that I did not buy from them. It was the unicorn of customer service! Great store! They all should get a raise!

After spending 4 hours at the Brentwood AT&T Store Location - my experience got WORSE. The individual my wife & I spoke with sold us on the AT&T Unlimited Plus Plan citing several false claims which h...ave resulted in hundreds of dollars lost and/or misrepresented including claims that my 28% employer discount would apply to my bundled plan and that I could add additional DIRECTV receivers (up to 4) to my home without fees (guess what - they cost $99 to activate, $49 to install, AND push back the total subscription plan equivalent to the month you order the next boxes). I have spent 3 hours on the phone with DIRECTV as well as an unbelievable 12 hours spent on the phone (6 on a single day) with AT&T Loyalty trying to understand why my 28% discount wasn't working and then discovering it does not apply to the Unlimited Data Plans. So with a total score of 19 hours spent based on one employee's misinformation - AT&T has done absolutely nothing to help my situation and I can't wait to stop into this store this weekend to understand how such a disaster can be rectified. Unacceptable Service
Unless you are visiting to buy a phone, add a line, or start an account the customer service reps couldn't care less about you. There was a massive discrepancy on our bill that wa...s CLEARLY an error on AT&T's fault. Upon our visit to this branch we viewed countless sales reps/employees just sitting on their hands or messing around with demo devices. The associate that was "helping" us mumbled and looked like she could barely keep her eyes open.

When we explained our situation we were met with a long list of condescending responses. I had been in the cell phone business in the past. I sold phones for 3 years. Her attitude and responses were of the laziest I have ever heard. Essentially she was doing nothing to help and kept repeating "There is nothing I can do" when there was clearly much she could have done. She couldn't wait to get us out of the store so she could go back to doing nothing.

If you have the misfortune of being an AT&T Customer at least do yourself a favor and avoid this branch.

I have never been treated so rudely as I was tonight at your store. I was looking at phones not with a service rep and an employee who was with another customer rudely approached me and told me to mov...e because she needed to look at the phone I was looking at. It was as if I had no right to look at the phone because I wasn't with an employee. I was shocked that she actually told me to move. Maybe I was planning to buy the phone which now I certainly will not. This situation is enough to make me switch carriers. I'm sure that probably doesn't bother you because you have enough customers but you should really do some serious customer service training with your employees. I'm not one to ever write reviews but feel I need to comment here. I recently signed a two year contact with these guys. The man who had assisted me with getting the contract started (who I will say w...as VERY nice and helpful during the process!) mentioned at the very end that a "free" tablet came with the plan. Well, that's cool, I thought to myself. He said nothing more about it at all so I assumed it was truly free. On the day my first ATT bill was due, I pulled up my app and was surprised to see an additional $56 charge related to line I did not recognize. I called the 1-800 number and was told that the charge was related to the tablet. They told me I had to pay it, but they made note of my call and said that if I returned the tablet to the store the charge would be refunded. I wasn't able to make it back for a couple weeks due to work/travel commitments. When I finally made it back to the store I was informed that I was outside their two week return policy and I was not only out the $56, but in addition I'm now responsible for a $10 monthly charge to maintain the tablet (tablet is still in its box, by the way. I have zero use for it.). I was really surprised at how rude the rep was. Had I been told everything that was involved in accepting the tablet up front, I NEVER would have taken it in the first place. At the end of my contract period I will absolutely not be renewing with them, and my family will likely follow suit. Very disappointing experience. See More

I have had terrible experiences with this store. In September 2014 I went there to learn how to use my phone when traveling internationally. I was sold a package that did not work in the countries I v...isited. Upon my return they refused to halo, first telling me the billing wasn't complete, then that there would be no refund because I used the service on 15 October, a day I lost traveling across the international. It took months to get this straightened out ins there are still ongoing issues today.

Stay away from this store!

Seriously, this store is ridiculous. There is always a line of 8 or so people waiting, and two of the guys just stand around at the front. Either the store is understaffed, run incredibly inefficientl...y, or there are not enough stores in the area. See More

This is my go to store when ever I have a problem with my cell phone and lately it has more than I wanted. ..however I am usually in and out at a reasonable time and the reps are very efficient...Thanks!!

Please stay away. The billing is mercurial and inaccurate and their fixes and policies are convoluted at best, misleading at worst.
