One of the most worst service providers in the city.

I have given my car for servicing at Automotive manufacturers Pvt Ltd, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad on 21st Nov 2017. I asked the technician to carry ou...t general servicing and also requested to inspect the radiator as I have noticed coolant leakage.

After inspection, I was told that my vehicle radiator fan is not functioning properly and hence I was asked to replace the fan immediately(Cost would be around 8000 INR) .

Today, on 22nd Nov when I took the vehicle to a local mechanic for inspection, I was told that fan and radiator are in good condition and its only the coolant hose pipe that needs to be replaced(Cost 700 INR).

This clearly shows Automotive service centre's intention to loot the customer without even getting under the hood to inspect the root cause.

Also, I was charged 700 INR for engine coating and when I opened the hood, I was really surprised to see that engine has not been washed at all(Forget about engine coating).

I never had such a worst service experience with Mahindra

I am giving one star because there is no option to give anything lower!

I gave my Mahindra Thar for service today at AML Vijayawada workshop. They keep the vehicle for 8 hours and then returned it w...ithout doing anything! Very unreliable! See More

My car has been picked up from home for service and after one day when I call them on the status they are telling that they will confirm if service is required or not.

One of the best dealership where the customers will be satisfied from entry to exit , the dealer may have dissatisfied customers also but their dissatisfaction leads to the improper handling of the... product by them itself(customer) or some minor failures which causes distraction on product and dealer.Affordable maintenance cost with good quality my xuv 500 had covered 40000 kms so far product and service had found satisfactory. Don't buy any thing with this kurla Automotive Manufacturers, they are cheating the customer specially ISHWAR and MAYA they are fraud and lyre frustrated with this guys, Every day i have to call 15 to... 20 times but they are not picking the phone, when i call from other number just asking the name and cut the phone. pls tell what to do till 15 days before i was asking the fitness vehicle receipt my no is 9920364916(Naved).
