Dear Away
I am blown away by the customer service once again from your company. When I first ordered my Carry On I decided to switch colors the next day and yo...u were able to change it seamlessly on your end.

Today, however, Molly topped that. My luggage got broken into and the lock/zippers completely destroyed the first time I actually checked my luggage. I called hoping I could get the bag repaired and instead you guys offered a brand new replacement bag without even needing photos or documentation. All I have to do is receive my replacement bag and pop the damaged bag in the same box with the pre-paid label you emailed.

After the runaround I received from the airline and all the documentation I had to provide I was frustrated and upset my Carry On wouldn't even be repaired. Your ability to listen and trust me first, and solve the situation second is not something I encounter often with companies. Thank you so much for standing by your product and putting customers first.

I will continue to shout from the rooftops how amazing my luggage and your company is to anyone who will listen.

Dear Away,
I want to you commend you on your amazing customer services, in particular Alexandra in your help department. I had a problem with my bag after my fi...rst trip, and Alexandra was there to help immediately, making each part of the return process as easy as possible for me. We did run into a few hiccups, but I felt listened to, cared for and that the company genuinely wanted me to have the best experience with their product possible. I was blown away by this experience.
This is truly a great company to buy your luggage from... and although I had a default bag initially, I must say the quality of their luggage is amazing. Thank you so much Away & Alexandra.

Just used the Away carry on for the first time on a business trip. Bottom line: It. Is. Awesome. I am so glad I jumped in and purchased this bag. I was able... to pack the same 5 days of clothing/items into this bag that I'd been putting in my older, larger, heavier carry on. The carryon is lightweight and easy for me (only 5'3") to put into the overhead bin. On this trip, my flight was cancelled - so I spent a lot of extra time at the airport - fortunately, I had extra clothes (because the bag holds so much) and with the battery charger I was able to sit in a restaurant and enjoy a beverage with my phone charging instead of sitting on a dirty airport floor to be able to use a wall outlet! So awesome! Can't wait to travel again. See More

I was able to take the medium sized suitcase on a 7 day vacation. The best thing (for the chronic over packer) is my suitcase weighed about 45 lbs. fully packe...d. so often I am over 50 lbs. for a trip like this. I attribute the amount of space and the light weight of the suitcase itself are why I was able to make the weight. My next trip is a 3 week trip to Europe. I am debating if I will purchase the larger suitcase now. Only negative, I got a dent in the corner after just 1 flight. See More

Away, thank you so much for the amazing customer service your team has gone above and beyond for me not just once but actually 2 times!

I purchased both the bi...gger carry on and large luggage for a few trips I was planning to take this summer. Unfortunately my large luggage's legs broke on two occasions due to a short screw being installed. On both these occasions your team went above and beyond to solve theses problems for me and in a matter of 24 hours I had new luggage overnighted to me.

I'm going to be an Away customer for life and plan on buying another set for my boyfriend soon!

I recently purchased the carry-on size for some upcoming international travel this spring and it was the easiest experience I could have asked for. I originally... purchased the carry-on in black, then a day later the Pop and Suki Pink was released. I reached out via Facebook and within an hour the Away team had responded. The next morning, I had a new confirmation order. Away had intercepted the black carry-on that had already shipped with UPS and put the pink carry-on in the mail, and 3 days later, I had it! It was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I'm so excited to use the suitcase this spring and summer! See More

I recently received the Carry-On as a gift (I hinted hard). I am obsessed with it. Even though it's the smallest version they offer, I was able to travel with t...hat and a standard backpack for 11 days in Asia (and still had clothes to spare). The carry-on fits smooth as butter into all overhead compartments and the compression sleeve made sure I maximized the inside space. I would recommend this brand to everyone I know (and the smaller Carry-On to the savviest of packers or business travelers). Thanks for making such a great product. See More

We have had to return my wife's big bag twice due to over zealous baggage handlers (my bag has been fine) over the course of 10 trips. Customer service is a del...ight and, even though it is not ideal to have to return things, they have made it as painless as it could be. Will continue to recommend them! See More

I travel for work on a weekly basis, and needed to upgrade my carry-on suitcase to something lightweight yet roomy. My new carry-on from Away is perfect. I just... used it for the first time, and was able to pack multiple outfits/pairs of heels, toiletries, etc., with plenty of room to spare. And of course, the charger is an incredible perk. Really impressed with our AWAY luggage. Purchased the large, carry on and smaller carry on.

1. You can fit WAY more into them than it looks like at first glan...ce. My wife and I were able to pack everything we needed for a 2 week trip to Thailand in the 3 sizes we got and still had room for all of our purchases to bring back :)

2. Their customer support is nothing short of stellar. Our big one got beat up really bad by the airlines and crushed one of the corners.... emailed them and within 24 hours a new one is on the way to us with a return label for the damaged one.

3. The dirty clothes bag that comes with them is a life saver! We had to leave straight from the beach to catch a flight and had no time to dry our suits before packing... the dirty clothes bag was perfect and kept all of our other clothes dry as a bone.

The short of it... stop reading these reviews and just go buy one or better yet 3!

I could not have been more happier with my pop&suki x away carry on! Sizing was perfect for me, fit a ton of outfits and then some for a week trip to Puerto Ric...o plus 3 sandals and a pair of sneakers, I was amazed. We were going back and forth between Airbnbs and hotels and it held up through all of it. I can't wait to bring Away on my next adventure. See More

Just took my first trip with the Away suitcase, a quick overnighter (MIA-LAX). LOVED IT. I am not one to gush over products, as you should expect them to do w...hat they say they will. But this just exceeded all expectations.

Form & Function, Simplicity & Utility.

Obviously they look great. But the dual compartments to separate extra shoes and my Dopp kit was fantastic. The mesh pocket was perfect for my 13" MacBook Air. I didn't really test the compression system as I only had two changes of clothes.

My seatmate on my first flight asked me about it just from the look. I got more inquiries when I was in the packed lounge and charging my phone even though there was no outlet to be had.

But the real test was when I had 14 minutes to go from E34 to A21 in ATL. The light weight made it easy to lift & carry up & down the escalator, and the wheels were amazingly smooth even though I probably exceeded rec'd speeds. Made the flight and even managed to squeeze it into the last bit of overhead space.

(My only thought for improvement: maybe an attached small sack by the laundry bag compartment to hold the included charger & screwdriver).

Thanks for great luggage, can't wait to use it on longer trips.

I just received my luggage and I must say I love it. Haven't taken it for a "spin" yet but I plan to very soon. I love the box and packaging it came it! Only do...wnside is it came with what looked like paint or scratch on it and it did NOT come out when I tried to whip it off. Otherwise seems like a great product. See More

Fell in love with the medium size, so I bought the carry on and the large! They are durable, roll smoothly, and don't break the bank. Thanks Away for making quality luggage that is affordable! Also the carry on suitcase with the built in charger is a game changer.

I ordered the "Bigger carry on"a few weeks ago, and have so far used it for 3 businesses trips.

Pros - the charger is a nice added feature. Obviously, it's g...oing to break at some point before the suitcase breaks, so it's definitely a gimmick, but it's a handy one to have. The suitcase is super matte, which I was surprised by but like a lot - looks sleek. The wheels are also well made and it's quite easy to roll around airports. Seems to be constructed well. I like the little laundry bag that rolls up when empty.

Cons - I ordered a navy blue carry on and a black medium suitcase. The colors are exactly the same - you would need a magnifying glass and the most natural lighting you could find to tell which one is which. The navy looks totally black. The reason I regret the purchase, though, is that the description of the bigger carry-on is deceptive in that it says "easily fits 2 weeks worth of clothes." They should really caveat that by saying "...if you're a guy, going on a summer vacation with swim trunks and tshirts and aren't packing any makeup or extra shoes." I just went to NYC for 4 days in December and it BARELY fit 2 pairs of shoes, a few pairs of pants and a few sweaters. Like sitting on it thinking I'm going to break the zipper type situation. Women be advised - if you plan on wearing different outfits and bringing any kind of products with you - this will NOT fit the carry on bill. Last con is that this scratches EASILY. Like, really easily. Like, it's covered in white scratches after three flights and I had to email them easily. Not cool, especially when the site calls out scratch resistant.

This is a really cool suitcase but needs some foundational improvements to be worth the cost.

I have had the carryon for over a year! Best decision ever! The "spinny" wheels are amazing , while everyone else struggles I am zooming through pushing with ease!! The charger has saved me so many times. Its the perfect size and bag! Highly recommend!!
