Reminder: We will be showing the movie ELF at the Orange Beach Sportsplex Trailhead this Friday night. Santa will be there and is bringing snow from the North Pole so everyone in Orange Beach can sled down the hill.
We have partnered with the Orange Beach Store for our Annual Movie on the Trail. The event will be held at the Orange Beach Sportsplex Trailhead on Friday, Dec 15th. This year will feature the movie Elf, make holiday crafts, enjoy a visit from Santa, and see snow.
The Trailhead the Orange Beach Sportsplex is closed due to the 2017 SEC Women's Soccer Championship. Please respect all barricades and directional signage.
The kindergarten classes of Orange Beach Elementary School enjoyed a day out on the trail learning about gopher tortoises and butterflies. Special thanks to Melissa, Farren, and Alyssa from the Orange Beach Wildlife Center and Management Program and Kelly and Kasey from the Gulf State Park Nature Center!
Lefty was hunkered down for the storm and has been reported safe after the storm.
Please be aware that the trail is still closed as we are trying to get the trail cleared and safe for your enjoyment. We will notify everyone once the trail is open. Thank you for your cooperation.
