I was at my god daughters 7th birthday party here where she and her guests made cake pops. The staff were great at keeping the kids engaged and entertained. I don't eat sweets, so I can't comment on t...he product, but they do a great kid's birthday party. See More

I get there as often as I can. Their bagels are what they should be -- terrific! I am particularly fond of the onion bagels, buy them by the dozen, and freeze them after cutting them in half so they... can go right into the toaster. Yum! I used to have a weekly appointment next door, but they have stopped, so I do not get there as often as I would like. See More

I found this nut free bakery online prior to our trip to D.C. My son has nut allergies and we surprised him with a trip to this bakery. The look on his face, when we told him he could pick anything h...e wanted, was priceless!

Love Baked by Yael! The staff was Very lovely to work with! Yael came highly recommended and we bought cake pop gift baskets for the whole team on Thanksgiving last year. We got rave reviews from ...everyone after they were received. Baked by Yael hand delivered the cake pops to everyone local and arranged shipping to those out of state. They created Thanksgiving pops based on something I described and they turned out perfect and within budget. I couldn't have been happier! I will definitely use Baked by Yael again and recommend her to other friends and colleagues. See More

This was the best sweet treats we found in DC! The cakepops are to die for! Way better than the cupcake stores we tried around town. We even stopped on our way back to NY to grab some cakepops to go! ...So delicious, my favorites are the raspberry and red velvet and I'm not even a fan of red velvet cake! See More

SO much deliciousness! I can't stop eating the cookies & cream cake pops. My nieces LOVE well, really all of them. (The two-year-old STILL brings them up; aren't toddlers supposed to get distracted by... now?!)
And Yael is incredibly community-minded and generous! She (and her staff) are so kind, and have been very supportive of *multiple* organizations I've been involved with.

(Oh! And this is not an oxymoron: Good bagels in DC! Even without the rest, to finally have really good handmade bagels in DC is awesome.) See More

We stopped in today for our son's 4th birthday treat after playing at the zoo. Yael was so sweet and helped us pick several treats. Each one was amazing from the lemon, chocolate and red velvet cakep...ops to the black and white cookies. We even brought home two hand made bagels for a breakfast treat. I cannot wait to try them. This will become an obligatory stop on our frequent visits to the zoo. See More

I don't usually write reviews but this one needs to be shared and I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I ordered an anniversary basket for my boyfriend after we had to cancel our plans for the weekend b...ecause of a change in his marine training schedule. I woke up with the news from my friend that the basket wasn't there. I called the baked by Yael and they said they delivered to the front desk as I advised. The building office had locked it up in an office that doesn't open on Sundays. I was really upset but Baked by Yael not only called twice to check for any updates on the basket but when they found out I wouldn't be able to get to it they offered to send another one. You guys saved the day and my anniversary. Thank you so much, it's refreshing to find a business who cares more about their customers than just the profit! See More

Not only the best cake pops and sweets in town, but on weekends Yael makes easily the best bagels in DC! Probably the best thing south of NYC. Really nice people and seriously good food.

I pre ordered several cake pops for my friend's New Year's Day birthday. They were wonderful. One of the benefits of a cake pop is that they allow for fairly subtle portion control. I really recommend.

I had just eaten a light meal and wanted something sweet. I Googled "nearest bakery" and Yael came up. I got there and just got 4 chocolate pops just to see what cake pops were. OMG!! I had to sit down!

Awesome cakepops. Stopped in yesterday, after a long-awaited trip to the Zoo with my 2 year old. (We've been in hibernation it feels like for 2 1/2 months!) My daughter got the pink birthday cakepop a...nd I got 2 blue dark chocolate cakepops. She inhaled hers, and my husband and I ate ours later when she was in bed. :-) Delicious! See More
